GracePoint is a church community meeting at Lidcombe every Sunday at 9:45am for worship!

We meet in person for Sunday Worship at 9.45AM & 4PM each week at Lidcombe, Burwood and Granville and online at www.gracepoint.org.au/live or on our FaceBook page livestream. How does it feel to work long days in back breaking labour while watching the socially privileged people drive past in air conditioned comfort? And just when you you've earned enough to send a member of your family to school, you lose it all because of a natural disaster?

Last night, the young people of our Friday Night Community Groups (FCG) participated in a game which simulated those kinds of conditions - conditions which young people all over the world consider normal because they experience every day. And we learned how Compassion Australia is intervening to bring practical aid, in collaboration with local churches, in Christ's name.

This Sunday, 3rd Aug, Rev Jireh Jang will be our visiting preacher. He'll be showing us, from Hebrews 3:1-19, how important it is for us to examine our hearts in light of Jesus; and maybe more importantly, let Jesus examine our hearts.
