Some battles are not in your body.
They are in your thoughts.
The pressure, the fear, the sleeplessness, the mental weight.

But the God who made your mind also knows how to give it rest.

For Isaiah 26:3 says, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

โ€œGod gives peace to exhausted mind.โ€

When your thoughts are tired, let His presence do what your strength cannot.
