Anglican Parish of Mt Vincent and Weston Our parish is a part of the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle. We are located in the Hunter Valley.

The Parish is made up of three individual churches; St Mary's Weston, St Paul's Kurri Kurri and Christ Church Mt Vincent.

NEW VENUE FOR ANNUAL ANZAC SERVICE
Community members are invited to join veterans and parishioners at Christ Church Mt Vincent on Sunday 19 April for the annual ANZAC church service.

This year's venue has been chosen at the request of Kurri RSL Sub-branch, in order for attendees to view the restored Red Ensign from World War One. The flag was stitched by the ladies of Mulbring to commemorate young men who enlisted.

The church service will commence at 6.00pm in Christ Church, 18 Mt Vincent Rd. All are welcome. The service will be followed by tea and ANZAC biscuits in the church hall.

FOOD AND FRIENDSHIP FRIDAYS TAKES A BREAK
Food and Friendship Fridays finished the year with a buffet lunch in St Paul's Hall on Friday last. The program has built up a happy little community over recent months, and we look forward to sharing in fellowship in 2025.

CAROLS ON THE GRASS
Gates open Sunday afternoon at 5.30pm for our annual Carols on the Grass at Christ Church Mt Vincent. Sausage sizzle, raffle, kids activities and more, before we all join in singing our favourite Carols. Bring your rugs, picnic chairs and eskies, make yourselves as comfortable as possible.
