Confessions for Life

Romans 10:8,10 says that the righteousness which is of faith says: "The Word is near us, in our mouth and in our heart, that is, the word of faith which we speak... for with the heart we believe unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
"Salvation" doesn't just mean eternal salvation; in the Greek "salvation" is soteria/sozo and includes welfare, prosperity, deliverance, preservation, healing, and safety.

So according to this scripture in Romans we have the Word near us for everything we need for welfare, prosperity, deliverance, preservation, healing and safety - and we believe it and confess it! This is the way the spirit of faith operates.

When we confess God's Word we are laying hold of everything included in the salvation package! Our salvation is a finished work.

Today's confession is for your finances.

Say what God says about your situation and decide that you're ONLY going to say what God says - because God promises you will have what you say (see Mark 11:23).

A beautiful day for our Church in the park event last Sunday appreciating God’s creation in the great outdoors of Kununurra, overlooking the lake. While Dave Graffin led worship songs, the verse Mt 19:14 where Jesus says “Let the little children come to me”, was displayed as little Ezekiel kept visiting Ps Bruce, not wanting to leave his side.
A beautiful time of family and fellowship followed by bbq.

Last week we had our annual ‘Christmas in July’ event at King’s Park Kununurra with lots of international food provided by our multinational church members. There were some Christmas songs, great games for all the kids, as well as dancing and lots of fun. 🎄
A massive Thank You to Rod and Wendy for organising this special event, and for the time and effort put in!! 👏🏼
