⭐ Synod26 Townsville Diocese⭐
Our 2026 Diocesan Synod began on Thursday evening with Mass and a beautiful, shared dinner. It continued throughout Friday and Saturday, filled with rich conversation and shared reflection.
More than 150 people from across the Diocese, members from parishes, schools, agencies, ministries, clergy, religious and lay faithful, gathered to discern the pastoral priorities for our Diocese.
The Holy Spirit was truly present and moving powerfully in the room.
Stay tuned over the coming days as we unpack the Synod journey and share the conversations that helped shape our path forward

Our parish was privileged to be represented at the Synod gathering of the Catholic Diocese of Townsville. Through prayer, dialogue, and reflection, our delegates joined others from across the Diocese in discerning where the Holy Spirit is leading the Church today.

Thank you to our Parish Priest and parish representatives for sharing the voice of our community and contributing to this important journey of faith.
