Steffen (one of our interns who's involved in our Community Outreach ministry) may be celebrating the Socceroos' 2–0 World Cup win ⚽🇦🇺, but he and we, are also celebrating something even bigger: the heartfelt generosity of our church family.

With Winter Appeal food donations from our Kirribilli and Neutral Bay congregations, more than 300 boxes have been packed for residents in community housing at Greenway this winter. Additionally, the overflowing donations from Macquarie Park and Rozelle will help stock community pantries in those local areas.

In this Year of Merciful Justice, it is so encouraging that this has been our most generous 'Bag of Hope' response yet.

To everyone who donated, packed, distributed, and helped share hope with some of the most vulnerable people in our neighbourhoods: thank you. Your generosity is providing practical care, encouragement, and dignity to those doing it tough this winter.

Who do you belong to?

This Sunday in our Living Faith series, we'll be exploring James 4:1–12, where James confronts the danger of friendship with the world and reminds us that we were made to belong to God.

In a world constantly competing for our hearts, James calls us to turn from pride, draw near to God, and receive the grace he so generously gives.

The good news? Even when our hearts wander, God remains faithful. He is jealous for his people and gives us grace upon grace to live for him.

Join us as we gather to worship, hear God's Word, and be reminded of the God who lovingly calls us back to himself.

This Sunday, as we continue our Living Faith series through the book of James, we’ll explore the powerful words of James 3:13–18 and discover the difference between what the world calls wisdom and the wisdom that comes from God.

In a world full of noise, opinions and division, God invites us into a wiser way of living - marked by humility, peace, mercy and sincerity.

Join us this Sunday as we gather to worship, learn from God’s Word, and encourage one another in living out a genuine, active faith. We’d love to welcome you.

Thank you church community for your generosity!

This photo represents just ONE week of donations towards our Bag of Hope Winter Appeal from ONE campus - a beautiful reminder of the collective practical difference simple acts of generosity can make for our neighbours doing it tough this winter.

Thank you for helping us share the love of Jesus in such tangible, hope-filled ways through every bag, item and donation given.

Last weekend a small group from church headed away to the beautiful Blue Mountains for one of our small group prayer retreats.

Time to stop, time to be still, time to contemplate God's glory in creation, time to come before Him & time to hear Him through meditating on His word.

In the midst of busy lives & particularly reflecting on Psalm 19 & Psalm 46 the overwhelming takeaway was simple but powerful: we all need to make space for peace, stillness and time with God to hear His voice.

Our next Prayer Retreat is happening on 29 August - keep an eye out for the invite!

This Sunday we’re taking a break from our James series to celebrate Pentecost Sunday.

From Good Friday to Easter Sunday, Ascension Day to Pentecost, we remember the story of Jesus’ death, resurrection, ascension and the coming of the Holy Spirit. Pentecost marks the day God poured out His Spirit on His people, empowering the church to boldly live for Jesus and love like Jesus.

“And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit...” - Romans 5:5

Join us this Sunday as we celebrate the gift and power of the Holy Spirit together. We’d love to see you there!
