The reason this claim can be made is simple; Resurrection parishioners make us so. We are a culturally diverse parish of all ages, united as members of the Body of Christ who gather around the Table of the Lord. As brothers and sisters in the Risen Jesus we rejoice in and share the GOOD NEWS of the Risen Lord. We have nine choirs, over 220 parishioners committed to coming to our Monthly Parish Mee

ting Night, over 600 parishioners engaged in at least one Parish Ministry, a Youth Group, a group for seniors, a Grief Group, a Playgroup, a Plus22s Group, a group of women recovering from cancer, an Outreach Group that reaches out to families with special needs children. This is just to name some of the many ways that we are alive as members of the Body of Christ.

We warmly invite all past and present members of the Resurrection family, parishioners, students, teachers and friends to join us for a special celebration.

Come together on Sunday 24th May at the 10.30am Mass as we honour our shared history and look what Resurrection is now. Mass will be celebrated by Vincent Corbett, Fr Bob Wood, Fr Noel Brady & Fr Gerard Keith.

After Mass, stay for food, activities, school tour and lots of entertainment. Take time to share stories, listen to one another, and reflect on what Resurrection has meant and continues to mean to our community.

On the weekend, we joyfully gathered as a community at Resurrection Parish to celebrate Palm Sunday, the beginning of Holy Week.

With palms in hand, we remembered Jesus’, singing Hosanna and reflecting on the journey that leads us to the Cross and the promise of Resurrection.

Thank you to all who joined us in prayer, reverence, and unity. May this sacred week be a time of grace, reflection, and renewal for all.

Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!
