This Sunday in our series with Max Lucado 🎥💛

It’s natural to want security — savings, stability, and certainty.

But sometimes we try to calm our fears by holding on tighter… accumulating more… just in case 💭

“Your money isn’t your own”

A gentle reminder that true security isn’t found in possessions, but in something deeper 🙌

You’re welcome to come and explore this with us — no pressure, just space to think.

Community, connection, belonging 💛

As we step into a new week, take a moment to pause and reflect:

✨ Where do you need God's breath to steady you?

✨ What word of Christ do you need to put into practice this week?

✨ With whom is the Spirit nudging you to deepen fellowship?

✨ Where might you carry hope into an ordinary place this week?

May this week be filled with God's peace, guidance and purpose as we seek to follow Him in our daily lives.

This Sunday’s message in our Max Lucado series 🎥

Bad news can feel loud, constant, and heavy 😔

Fear has a way of repeating itself over and over.

But Jesus speaks something different:

“I am with you” 🙌

And that changes everything.

Even in uncertainty, this truth helps us step forward — even into things that feel impossible 💛

You’re invited to join us as we hear more at 10am.

Community, connection, belonging 💛

🔥🕊️This Sunday we celebrate Pentecost — the moment the Holy Spirit came to the disciples, filling ordinary people with courage, hope, and a new sense of purpose

🙌 Pentecost is often called the “birthday of the Church”
In a world that can sometimes feel divided or uncertain, Pentecost reminds us that hope, encouragement, and God’s presence are still with us today 🌿

Diane will be leading the service, and everyone is warmly welcome to come along 😊

Whether church is familiar to you or something you’re simply curious about, there’s always a place for you here.

Stay for a cuppa and a chat afterwards ☕💬

🌸💛 This Sunday at 10am, we take a moment to celebrate and appreciate the incredible women in our lives — mums, grandmothers, carers, and those who play a mothering role.

Mother’s Day is a chance to pause and say thank you… for the love, care, strength, and quiet sacrifices that so often go unseen 💛

Around the world, it’s a day set aside to honour the impact mothers have on families and communities. But we also know this day can mean different things for different people — joy, gratitude, memories, or even loss. Wherever you find yourself, you are welcome here 🤍

Join us this Sunday at 10am as we gather, reflect, and share time together 😊

And stay for a cuppa and connection after the service ☕

This coming Sunday in our video series with Max Lucado 🎥😊

A reminder for anyone who has ever felt like they’ve fallen short or “not done enough”:

You don’t need to live in fear of disappointing God 💛

His grace doesn’t run out. Ever.

“Solving your biggest problem: Fear of failing God”

You are held by grace, not performance 🙌

Come along, listen in, and be encouraged — you’re welcome just as you are.

Community, connection, belonging 💛

❄️😊 It might be getting cooler outside, but things are warm and welcoming inside at Kaniva Community Church 💛

We’re really pleased to share that a new split system has just been installed in the hall 🙌

This space is more than just a hall — it’s where we share morning tea after church ☕, sit together for shared lunches 🍲, and gather for important moments like baby dedications, funerals and other functions.

We hope this new heating and cooling adds another layer of comfort for everyone who walks through the door — no matter the season 💛
