Across Melbourne and Geelong, our churches and ministries serve different people, places and communities. An Afternoon with the Archbishop is a chance to step beyond our own local context and share in the wider life of the Diocese.

Join Archbishop Ric for an informal afternoon at St Paul’s Cathedral — hear some of what he is noticing across Melbourne and Geelong, bring what is on your mind, and join an open conversation about our shared life and mission.

The Chinese Congregation, of St. James Anglican Church, celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival,
last Sunday Sept. 13, with a special service and immersive biblical drama, Moon, Take Me Home.

Through the stories of Abraham, Israel, and Jesus, we reflected on the loneliness of leaving home,
the pain of longing for home, and the hope of coming home. Ultimately, the gospel reminds us
that Jesus brings us into God’s family, and God is our true home.

Join us for our annual Tearfund Fundraiser Combined Service.
August 30th at 10am.
The Tearfund catalogue is a great way to support struggling communities through
the purchase of pamphlet postcards. Great for gifting or as fridge magnet
adornments.

It's a few days away! 2026 Tearfund Combined Service!
Come along and hear ther sermon, stay a bit to mingle with our fellow Christians,
and try your hand at a Fundraiser trivia!

Also, there will be lots of baked goods and trinkets; if you need a present topper
for a birthday or becuase you just like gifting things to people for no reason at all.

"Pour a Cup of Hope and help end extreme poverty this Sunday, Nov. 16th, after the 10am Service."
With little helpers taking orders and serving up teas and delicious baked goods, or if you want to buy some snacks for later, share a table with us as we raise money for Tearfund and their amazing charity program.

Catchup with our younger Bible Study, who have chugged along through First Chronicles, Ch. 11 to 14. This was an interesting
excerpt from Ch.13. Reminded me of that one scene with the guy, in the hat. And he had some glasses. And some other
guys were with him. And they all melted down, happily ever after.

you, too, could learn about other Indiana Jones related Biblical excerpts.
