Pope Leo XIV has released his first encyclical titled, 'Magnifica Humanitas'. 📖⛪

The encyclical reflects on what it means to safeguard our humanity in the age of artificial intelligence. “The ability to manipulate content, images and videos exposes people to biased or misleading perspectives. This problem has both cultural and moral dimensions, since the quality of public communication depends directly on social trust and, in turn, shapes it,” the document reads.

In your prayers, the Holy Family Prayer Group invites you to also pray for the following intention inspired by the Solemnity of The Most Holy Trinity today and the verses from this Sunday’s Gospel John 3:16-17 “God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not be lost but may have eternal life. For God sent his Son into the world not to condemn the world, but so that through him the world might be saved.”

Let us together pray for the following Prayer Intention:
“Let us praise God, the Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit for loving us so much that he gave his only Son on the cross for us; and may the grace of the loving Lord Jesus Christ renew the hearts and minds of those who have left the Church, and gently guide them back into the Church especially our youth and young.”

All are welcome to join the Prayer Group at our next Prayer Meeting in the church at 9am on Wednesday, 10 June 2026.

Let us together pray for the following Prayer Intention:
“For a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit in our Church, our parish community, our youth, our families and us this Pentecost, so that we may experience and encounter the power of the Holy Spirit, and courageously live our lives as witnesses to the Good News and the mercy and love of God.”
