Such an amazing service today as we celebrated our 9th Birthday and recognised all the fathers in the house.
We had our youngest volunteer recognised for all her help in church. We had Pastor Don visiting us to talk about the great work Byford Baptist are doing in their community and the testimony of lives transformed, as his team continue to break down barriers.
Quote from Don, “The Christianity I want to show you is not the religion you fear.”
We heard testimonies from two beautiful church family members, of how they had arrived at the decision to be baptized. And we heard a word from God spoken by Pastor JP - This too shall pass! Inspirational!!
We then got to witness the baptisms followed by feasting on a scrumptious lunch.
Oh what a Birthday!

We are excited to share our birthday with you this Sunday and will be having lunch after the service, so please stick around.

It is also exciting to have the opportunity to witness some of our church family being baptized during the service.

It was such an honour to have Providence Christian College come to Unity Chapel on Sunday and run the service.
They showed utmost respect and dignity, from leading the congregation in worship to taking communion and preaching the word. It was also lovely to have the opportunity to share in a meal after the service.
Thank you to Dr Govinder for organising, Mrs Balding for seeing the potential, and Mr Collin’s for leading the worship team. You are all a blessing to the young people in your care.
Thanks must also go to the parents for encouraging and supporting their youngsters in this endeavor.
