Papua New Guinea Church is not meeting at the Stables this last Sunday of the month but they are joining with others at the Berean Aboriginal Church in Cheltenham for a combined service. This is the Indigenous and Pacific Islands Christian Community service. Everyone is welcome of course. The PNG Church is catering for the event.

So sad to advise our community that Emily the Emu was hit by a car today on South Road and passed away a short time later.

Thank you so much to all those who came to help. Those who stopped traffic and stayed with her, the officer from SAPOL and to SKER who took her to care for her. She passed away soon after they picked her up from the scene of the accident.

There was no Emu like Emily who loved people and brought so much pleasure to us all.

Johnny and Clara Scroggins lead Victory Church in Wetherill Park in the the outer suburbs of Sydney. They are visiting us at the Stables this weekend to encourage us in the faith of the Lord. Johnny and Clara have years of experience in establishing God's people in their faith and of growing a Church with strong foundations in the Word of God. If you are hungry for more of God you will be blessed by their ministry. Johnny and Clara are National leaders of MFI Australasia - a fellowship of ministers who get together to encourage one another while sharing their passion for the Lord and his Word.
