Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, godfathers and father figures in our parish community. 💙

We thank God for your love, guidance, strength and care. May St Joseph continue to inspire you in your vocation of love and service.

A special thank you to Fr Laurence our spiritual father, for his faithful service, prayer and guidance. 🙏

Today we also remember in prayer those for whom Father’s Day is difficult, and those fathers who are no longer with us.

🎉 What a wonderful Parish Dinner! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday, 22 August for an unforgettable evening of great food, laughter, games, music and community spirit! ❤️

From the amazing food and fun-filled games to the exciting raffle prizes and our many lucky winners, there was plenty to celebrate! 🎁🍽️

And of course, the music got everyone on the dance floor! 💃🕺 Congratulations to our best dancers and to our fabulous Best Dressed Male & Female winners — you certainly brought some extra sparkle to the night! ✨

Most of all, it was wonderful to see our parish family come together, enjoy each other’s company and create some fantastic memories.

Thank you to everyone who helped organise, prepare, volunteer and make the evening such a success. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🙏❤️

St Peter’s Circle of Hope Kitchen ❤️🍲

Inspired by the wonderful St Peter’s Rosary Group, who prepare meals for families supported by the St Peter’s Circle of Hope Ministry, a group of families who attend the Spanish Mass at St Peter’s Church came together this week to prepare 20 litres of delicious Moroccan Spicy Lentil Soup.
The soup was warmly received and very much appreciated by the families who visit the St Peter’s Circle of Hope Foodbank. 🙏❤️

Our Hot Soup Initiative has been especially well received during the winter months, with parents bringing their children to enjoy a warm bowl of soup and, most importantly, the love, care and kindness of our wonderful team.

We are encouraged to continue this initiative by providing hot, nutritious meals to our Foodbank families every week. 🍲💕

If any of our parishioner groups would like to prepare and provide meals for families who come to our Foodbank, please contact the Parish Office on 9749 4300. A member of the Circle of Hope Ministry team will be in touch with you.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who gives their time, generosity and love to support our families. Together, we are creating a community of hope, care and compassion. ❤️

St Peter’s Circle of Hope Bunnings Fundraiser 🙏❤️

A HUGE thank you to all our wonderful parishioners, supporters and friends who came along to our Bunnings Fundraiser yesterday! Whether you bought a sausage and drink, brought along supplies, or simply made a donation, your generosity made the day truly special.

A very special thank you to Bunnings Hoppers Crossing for giving us the opportunity to raise funds for our ministry, which helps support struggling families in our community.
We are absolutely thrilled to share that we raised $2,500+! 🎉👏 What an incredible result!

And to our amazing volunteers — our biggest THANK YOU! ❤️ You gave up your precious Saturday and worked tirelessly, from BBQing sausages and onions, stacking bread and cutting onions, to serving customers, collecting donations and keeping everything running smoothly.

Together, we served more than 300 people, all with a smile and plenty of St Peter’s hospitality, kindness and warmth. 😊🌭

It was a wonderful day filled with community, camaraderie, laughter and fun, all while raising much-needed funds to support our ministry.
We are so grateful to everyone who played a part. You helped make a real difference! 🙏
