Enough of casual parenting!

Schools, even Christian schools, can only do so much, because their primary focus is formal education. The Church also plays a vital role through spiritual growth and guidance. But beyond these institutions, parents still carry the greatest responsibility.

As parents, it is important to intentionally raise our children in the ways of God by bringing them to a Bible-believing church where they can learn with children of their age, grow in fellowship, and understand the foundational principles of the Gospel of Christ.

Teenagers and young children should not always be part of adult discussions that are beyond their level of understanding when there are age-appropriate platforms created to help build their faith, values, and character from a strong foundation.

The world is changing fast, and many children are being influenced daily. This is why parents must stay actively involved in both the spiritual and physical upbringing of their children.

This was the heart of Sunday’s discussion during our last Youth Sunday.

As parents, let us prioritize quality time, Godly conversations, and intentional parenting.

Dear Couples,

The devil is wise enough to know how far you can go when both of you walk and work together in faith, love, and unity. That is why constant disagreement becomes a loophole he tries to use against the home.

Deliberately close every gap of division, misunderstanding, and pride, and watch God bless your home greatly.

May the enemy never outsmart your marriage or family, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Women play a vital role in nation building and in the growth of the Church. Their love, sacrifice, wisdom, and prayers continue to shape lives and generations.

Today, we celebrate your strength, sacrifice, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to your families, the church, and the Kingdom of God. You are vessels of grace, builders of homes, nurturers of destinies, and shining examples of God’s love in action.

Thank you for the countless prayers you pray in secret, the sacrifices you make without complaint, the encouragement you give to others, and the spiritual atmosphere you help sustain in our parish. Your impact cannot be measured, and your reward shall be great in Jesus’ name.

May the Lord continually strengthen you, honour you, preserve your homes, and cause you to flourish in every area of life. May your children rise and call you blessed, and may your joy never run dry.
