HAPPY NEW MONTH, BRETHREN.

This month, we shall wear our priestly regalia and grace shall be multiplied in double folds for us in Jesus name. For all the shame we have experienced in the past, we shall receive double glory, double honour, and double favour in Jesus name!!

Welcome to your season of Double Grace.

God bless you.

WHAT DOES GOD CALL YOU?

The standard of the world is not God’s standard.

If the world calls you successful, but God says you are not, then what the world calls success does not truly define you.

The true measure of success is found only in Jesus Christ.

It is not about how much you have, how popular you are, or how highly the world celebrates you. What matters is what God calls you.

So, what does God call you?

Think about it, God bless you.

Have you ever taken time to reflect on the story of Solomon?

Despite having almost everything life could offer, Solomon never denied himself pleasure. He had wealth, wisdom, honour, possessions and abundance, yet after experiencing it all, he came to one profound conclusion: everything is vanity.

Life remains vanity without God. You may have everything the world can offer, but without God, you are still poor in the things that truly matter.

Think about this deeply, and make a conscious decision to seek first the Kingdom of God.

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” - Matthew 6:33

May the Lord give you deeper understanding and interpret this message to you personally.

Amen.

CHURCH & POLITICS

“Don’t withdraw yourself from civic responsibility because of your faith, but you also shouldn’t turn the Church into a political party. Get involved.”

These were words from John Kamara, the 2023 Tasmanian Australian of the Year, during our Church & Politics discussion last Sunday.

Enjoy these highlights from the conversation, and remember: we all have a role to play in our leadership and our community.

Be part.
Be present.
And most importantly, represent Christ.

God bless you.

Fathers’ Day Celebration Continues…

Our amazing women planned a uniform outfit for the men, and honestly, hearing how each of them convinced their husbands to wear the outfit is a story of its own.

Pastor and one of the members came in first, and their reactions were priceless...

Catch their reactions and enjoy the moment in the video. 🤣🤣

A big God bless you to all our Fathers and to all the wonderful Women who put this together. This is amazing.

According to one of the men:

“This is a memory that will last much longer.” 😍😍😍

And indeed, it is a memory worth keeping.

God bless everyone who played a part in making this Father’s Day celebration special, in Jesu' Name.

Happy Fathers’ Day to all our amazing Fathers.

As Christians, we cannot afford to be silent or indifferent about what happens in our society. Our faith should also influence how we engage, lead and contribute.

The Bible says, “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice.” - Proverbs 29:2
And again, “Righteousness exalts a nation.” - Proverbs 14:34

You are invited to join us for a Political Enlightenment Session this Sunday, 13 September, with John Kamara, 2023 Tasmania Australian of the Year.

Join us by 11:00am at Brighton Civic Centre, 25 Green Point Road, Bridgewater TAS 7030.

It is high time we get involved.

God bless you.
