Office of Youth Evangelisation - Tasmania We are an agency of the Catholic Archdiocese of Hobart. We provide opportunities for young people across Tasmania to connect with the Catholic faith.

The Office for Youth Evangelisation is the agency for youth and youth ministry in the Archdiocese of Hobart. Our aim is to interest, invite and involve youth and young adults in a personal relationship with God, to encourage them to live out their baptismal call and participate in the life and mission of their Church Community. nvolved in various projects and events where they can build relationships with each other and God; their spiritual life can be fed and nourished; and their journey of growing up Catholic can be supported and encouraged. Join the UTAS Catholic Chaplaincy next Thursday, 4 June to hear from a panel of Catholic speakers who will share on how they live out their faith in life and work. The panel will include a criminologist, an elite athlete, and medical doctor.

Head on down to the Crescent Hotel at 6pm to grab a meal and catch up with like minded individuals before hearing from our panelists at 7pm!

All young adults are welcome to attend!

๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธโ€โžก๏ธ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธโ€โžก๏ธ Please join us on Sunday 7 June for the annual Walk with Christ Eucharistic procession through the streets of Hobart on the Feast of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ. ๐Ÿ™

The procession will be led by His Grace, Archbishop Tony Ireland.

This is an important opportunity to come together as a Church and witness to our faith in the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist, which is the "source and summit of the Christian life". As the Church teaches us, "in the blessed Eucharist is contained the whole spiritual good of the Church, namely Christ himself".

The procession will begin at St Joseph's Church at 1pm and will conclude at St Mary's Cathedral at 3pm.

Join us for a Bush Dance fundraiser in support of our pilgrims travelling to World Youth Day 2027 in Seoul, South Korea!

Enjoy an evening of bush dancing, homemade pizzas, desserts, and refreshments, with all proceeds assisting our WYD27 pilgrims.

No dance experience is necessary, with a live caller guiding the dances throughout the evening.
