Highfields Community Church

🙌 Join us tomorrow at church!

We’re excited to welcome John, who is involved with GFA World, a Christian missionary and humanitarian organisation serving some of the most vulnerable communities across Asia and Africa.

John will share how following Jesus often looks more practical than we might expect — through simple acts of love, compassion and serving others.

Because following Jesus isn’t just about what we believe; it’s about how we live it out.

Come along tomorrow and be encouraged to see faith in action! ❤️

📍 Everyone is welcome!

Lots of us want to spend time in the Word but don’t know where to start.

New Christian? Old Christian? Somewhere in between? This Sunday we’re getting practical.

In our EMPOWERMENT term, we’re learning how to read the Bible for ourselves — not just listen to someone else talk about it.

No pressure. No perfect quiet time required. Just a simple guide you can use Monday morning.

Join us this Sunday as we empower you to open your Bible with confidence.

Don’t let yesterday stop you from seeing what God is doing today.

“See, I am doing a new thing.” — Isaiah 43:19

What is God doing in your life right now? Comment “NEW” and share this with someone who needs to hear it.

🌱 Need your lawn mowed? Why not make your lawn make a difference?

Our Mow It Forward team is a local not-for-profit initiative, and every lawn we mow helps make a real difference in the lives of young people in our community.

We’ve got just 5 weekly spots left — with lawns starting from $60.

So if your grass is getting a little out of hand, let us help… and help someone else at the same time. 🙌

📩 Send us a private message and we’ll get the ball rolling…

I mean mowing. 😂🌱

Tomorrow we celebrate something pretty special!

Our Families & Children’s Leader and Social Enterprise Manager, Elijah Bolitho, will be commissioned as a Pastor in location.

This is an official recognition within the Uniting Church of Elijah’s pastoral calling and ministry among us, and we’d love you to be part of this special occasion.

Everyone is welcome as we celebrate Elijah, pray for him and mark this important moment in his journey of ministry.

Come along and celebrate with us!
