In a nook of a bustling city resided a couple named Sarah and Michael. Deeply in love, they now found themselves grappling with financial troubles, career pressures, and constant arguments that cast a shadow over their once joyful abode. Their modest apartment, which used to be filled with laughter and warmth now felt like a battleground of tension and despair.

Their daughter, Lily, possessed a kind-hearted nature, untouched by the burdens of the world. One day while exploring the vast realm of YouTube, she stumbled upon stories about Jesus. Intrigued by these tales of love, compassion, and miraculous acts attributed to the Saviour, she began watching videos with unwavering interest. Like a student absorbing knowledge effortlessly.

On an evening when another intense argument between her parents had rendered their home laden with silence; Lily felt compelled to share what she had discovered. Sarah sat on the couch with eyes, from tears, while Michael stood near the window wearing a defeated expression. Lily took a step forward.

"Mom, Dad "she started softly. With an unwavering determination surpassing her tender age. "I've been engrossed in watching videos about Jesus." He was a kind and caring person who extended help to those in pain like us."

Both Sarah and Michael exchanged glances as they listened to their daughter's words, deeply touched by her genuine sincerity. Lily continued, "There's a verse from the Bible that I recently came across. It goes, 'Come to me all you who're tired and burdened, and I will give you rest.'" (Matthew 11;28)

As Lily spoke a sense of tranquillity seemed to permeate the room, gently dispelling the atmosphere that had engulfed their home. Sarah gently wiped away her tears while Michael moved closer to sit beside them.

"Rest sounds so appealing, doesn't it?" Lily remarked with a smile. "Perhaps we can seek Jesus' assistance, in finding peace and restoring happiness to our home."

Sarah and Michael exchanged looks, their hearts profoundly moved by their daughter's innocence and wisdom. At that moment, they realised that their struggles had distanced them from the love that once bound them together.

With Lily leading the way, the family commenced praying in search of solace and guidance through their newfound faith. Gradually. Surely they began communicating more openly with one another—sharing their fears, aspirations, and dreams.
As they leaned on one another and turned to Jesus for supporting, the tension that had gripped their household began to loosen its grip.

Weeks. Their home underwent a noticeable transformation. Sarah and Michael started prioritising their love for each other over their worries, strengthening their bond. Lily's profound, simple understanding of Jesus's teachings sparked a truly miraculous change.

One evening as the sun descended and painted the sky in shades of pink, Sarah, Michael, and Lily stood by the window marvelling at the beauty before them. With sincerity, Sarah whispered a prayer of gratitude to God for the newfound strength in their family and for the love that had returned to their home.

Lily grasped her parent's hands tightly, her eyes shimmering with a sense of contentment. At that moment they all understood that it was Lily's pure heart, her unwavering faith, and her message of hope that not only saved their home but also rejuvenated their spirits.

So it was, through the innocent perspective of their righteous little girl, that this struggling couple found renewal and redemption.

The man's vibrant life had transformed into a landscape filled with challenges and uncertainties. The days that were once joyful and comforting now weighed heavily on him, burdened by family discord the strains of health decline, and the weight of responsibilities. His journey in life had unexpectedly taken a direction, leaving him to navigate through the shadows of his twilight years.

As he stood at the crossroads of life, he felt the weight of a lifetime's worth of responsibilities pressing down upon him. Concerns about family matters, regrets over missed opportunities, and seated worries for his own well-being had etched lines of weariness onto his face. The path ahead seemed daunting, as the once confident road felt uncertain and steep.

The complexities of life's challenges were like a labyrinth for this elderly man. What were once directions had become blurred within a maze of confusion and doubt. Familiar routines had given way to a struggle to keep up with a changing world. Amidst this struggle, his spirit often felt adrift, yearning for comfort and understanding.

Yet, deep, in his heart, emerged a whisper of hope; "Don't despair; Jesus can guide you through." With weathered eyes that have witnessed the passage of time, the elderly gentleman shifted his focus inward. Finding solace in moments of seclusion, he sought comfort in the words that resonated within him. Amidst the struggles he faced, he felt a presence enveloping him—a love that embraced his weariness and tranquillity that promised respite to his weary soul.

Each time a fresh challenge emerged, the aged man heard those consoling words; "Come to me all you who're tired and burdened, and I will grant you rest." The burdens he had carried for a long began to lighten, empowering him with renewed strength to persevere one step at a time.

Amidst concerns regarding family and the ache of declining health, this elderly individual encountered a love that peered beyond his flaws. It was as if an outstretched hand reached out to uplift him—an enduring hand marked by its trials. In the touch of that hand, he felt. Cherished just as he was—a testament to a lifetime adorned with resilience and wisdom borne from experience.

Bolstered by this newfound wellspring of strength, the senior gentleman embarked upon viewing his life through a lens. He recognised that his journey was, akin, to a woven tapestry—interlaced with threads of triumph and tribulation alike.
With a heart that has endured storms and cherished moments of happiness, he began to share his wisdom-filled stories with those around him, providing a guiding light for those who walked alongside him.

My dear friend, as you navigate the challenges of life, remember that you are not alone. In the face of adversity, there is someone who understands your emotions and holds you close. Like the elderly gentleman who found solace and a renewed sense of purpose through his faith in Jesus, you too can discover strength, hope, and the assurance that you are never abandoned. With comforting words like "I will always be, by your side" let this message serve as a reminder that amidst life's complexities, love can uplift you and empower you to shine brightly in your own unique way.

I will never leave you or forsake you

Lily's happy household had transformed into a place filled with tension and sadness. The laughter that used to fill the air now felt distant, replaced by the echoes of arguments and the heavy sighs of her parents. The strained atmosphere made it difficult for Lily to find comfort within the walls that were once her sanctuary.

Navigating school felt like walking on a tightrope for Lily. The hallways originally meant to be pathways of knowledge seemed like confusing mazes of self-doubt. Each class presented itself as a challenge, every assignment felt like a mountain to conquer. Lily constantly wrestled with the feeling that she wasn't measuring up.

Outside the classroom, Lily experienced rejection from peers who seemed to form knit circles that she struggled to break into. The pain of not fitting in pierced her heart deeply, and an overwhelming sense of loneliness became her companion. With each rejection, doubt weighed heavily on her spirit.

Amidst the storm brewing in Lily's world, a glimmer of hope emerged. A soft voice, in her heart, whispered, "Don't lose hope; Jesus will guide you through."

As tears welled up in Lily's eyes, she began looking beyond the chaos surrounding her.
She sought solace in moments of emotions, reaching out for a glimmer of hope. Amidst her difficulties, she sensed a presence that enveloped her—a love that embraced her vulnerabilities and a sense of peace that promised relief from the burdens she bore.

Whenever faced with tests and assignments, Lily heard reassuring words echoing within; "Come to me all you who are tired and weighed down, and I will give you rest." Gradually, the weight on her shoulders lightened, empowering her to forge

In the midst of feeling rejected, Lily stumbled upon a love that saw beyond her imperfections and insecurities. It felt as though an outstretched hand lifted her up—an enduring hand marked by its trials. Within the touch of that hand, Lily found acceptance. Felt treasured for who she truly was.

Amidst her battles, Lily discovered the power of using her voice. She came to realise that her story was exceptional and held worth—her challenges didn't define her value. Fuelled by newfound bravery, she began reaching out to others who might be experiencing emotions.

Dear young friend, take solace in knowing that you are not alone, in your struggles.
Remember, even when life becomes too much to handle, there is always someone watching over you, seeing the depths of your heart, and loving you unconditionally. Just like Lily, found solace, hope, and a reason to keep going in the embrace of Jesus. Let this story be a reminder that in times of despair and feeling overwhelmed, there exists a love that can guide you through it all and help you shine in your own unique way. Take comfort in knowing that "I will never abandon or desert you."

Once upon a time, in a world that often felt harsh and unforgiving, there lived an individual burdened with the pain of a family. The echoes of joy and affection had faded away, replaced by the silence of unspoken sentiments.

Amidst this shattered reality, a heavy cloud of stress loomed over their heart. Each day seemed like a battle, with every step feeling heavier than the last. It felt as though the world had turned its back on them, leaving them to navigate the storm

Then came the sting of rejection, a wound that cut deep into their very core. Friends transformed into strangers, promises disintegrated into dust, and the anguish of being pushed became an overwhelming burden. In the corners of despair, they questioned their own value and wondered if they would ever find acceptance again.

Just as night is at its darkest before the dawn breaks forth, a glimmer of hope emerged. Amidst brokenness, there was a whisper; "Jesus can guide you through."

With tears clouding their vision, they began to look in search of solace beyond their struggles. It was, at that moment, that they felt enveloped by a presence. A love that transcended brokenness and provided comfort to heal wounds.
In times of sorrow, the soul experiences an embrace that reassures them they are never alone.

When overwhelmed by stress, the soul discovers solace in words; "Come to me all who are tired and burdened, and I will give you rest, Matthew 11:28-30." The weight they carry begins to lighten. A newfound sense of peace settles within their heart.

Amidst the pain of being rejected, a compassionate hand extends. It bears scars akin to the heart it reaches out to, yet it radiates an unconditional love that knows no boundaries. With a touch, it wipes away tears and whispers softly, "You are cherished, my dear."

At this moment of surrender, the shattered fragments of the soul begin to mend. Heartache transforms into a testament of resilience; stress evolves into strength;. Rejection blooms into an overwhelming sense of belonging.

Friends remember that even, amidst your brokenness, you are never alone. Amidst heartache, stress, and rejection, there exists a presence that sees you deeply, loves you unconditionally, and can guide you through.
Remember that the tale of this spirit serves as a reminder that within the embrace of Jesus there exists solace embracing and an affection capable of repairing even the most fragmented aspects of your existence.

INT. COFFEE SHOP - DAY

Sarah sits at a table, looking troubled. Michael approaches and takes a seat opposite her.

MICHAEL Hey, Sarah. You seem lost in thought. Is everything okay?

SARAH (Sighs) I've been going through a tough time lately, Michael. Feeling overwhelmed and confused.

MICHAEL I'm sorry to hear that, Sarah. Sometimes life can be challenging, but remember, you're not alone. Have you ever considered embracing Jesus' love?

SARAH (Leaning forward, curious) I've heard about it, but I'm not sure how it could help me in my current situation.

MICHAEL (Kindly) Jesus' love is transformative, Sarah. It's a love that accepts us as we are, no matter our mistakes or struggles. It's a love that offers forgiveness and guidance, leading us to a better path.

SARAH (Sceptical) But how can I be sure it's real? How can I feel this love you're talking about?

MICHAEL (Reflective) Sometimes, Sarah, we have to open our hearts and minds to the possibility of something greater than ourselves. Jesus' love is not just a concept; it's an experience. When we accept it, we start to see miracles happening in our lives.

SARAH (Thoughtful) I guess I've been searching for something to believe in. A source of hope and strength. Maybe Jesus' love could be that for me.

MICHAEL (Smiling) Absolutely, Sarah. It's never too late to accept Jesus' love. You'll find comfort and peace in knowing that you're never alone, and that there's always someone who cares deeply for you.

SARAH (Touched) Thank you, Michael. I think I'm ready to take that step. I want to embrace Jesus' love and see how it can change my life.

MICHAEL (Encouraging) That's wonderful, Sarah. Just remember, it's a journey, and Jesus' love will guide you every step of the way. Lean on Him, and you'll find strength even in the toughest times.

They both smile, a sense of hope filling the air.

Once upon a time, in a small village nestled among rolling hills, lived a young girl named Lily. She had a heart full of curiosity and a mind eager to explore the world around her. Lily was known for her kind and compassionate nature, always helping those in need.

One sunny day, as Lily strolled through the village, she noticed an elderly man sitting alone on a bench. His eyes were filled with sadness, and his weary face seemed burdened by the weight of life's struggles. Intrigued, Lily approached him and asked, "Sir, is there something troubling you?"

The old man sighed and replied, "Oh, my dear child, I have lived a long and eventful life, but I feel lost and disconnected. I have searched for meaning and purpose, but it seems to elude me."

Lily's heart sank as she empathised with the old man's sorrow. She gently held his hand and said, "Sir, have you ever considered embracing Jesus' love? His love is a guiding light that can illuminate your path and bring you peace."

The old man looked at Lily with a glimmer of hope in his eyes and asked, "Tell me more, dear child. How can Jesus' love bring me solace?"

Lily began to share stories of Jesus' compassion and forgiveness, of how he healed the sick and comforted the broken-hearted. She spoke of his unconditional love, which knows no boundaries and is always there, waiting to be embraced.

As Lily spoke, the old man's heart started filling with warmth and newfound hope. He realised that Jesus' love was the missing piece in his life, the key to finding true purpose and fulfillment. With tears streaming down his face, he reached out to Lily and said, "Thank you, my dear child, for showing me the way. I want to accept Jesus' love today."

From that day forward, the old man's life transformed. He embraced Jesus' love with every fibre of his being, and his sorrow turned into joy. He became a beacon of light in the village, sharing the message of Jesus' love with everyone he encountered.

Lily's simple act of kindness had not only touched the old man's heart but had also ignited a spark of faith within the entire village. People started to realise the importance of accepting Jesus' love in their lives, and a wave of transformation swept through the community.

The once lost and disconnected village now thrived with love, compassion, and a deep sense of purpose. Lily's small act of sharing Jesus' love created a ripple effect that touched the lives of many, reminding them of the power of embracing Jesus' love today.

And so, dear reader, let this story serve as a reminder that no matter how lost or disconnected we may feel, Jesus' love is always there, waiting to be embraced. It is a love that can heal our hearts, bring us peace, and guide us toward a life filled with purpose and joy. So, let us open our hearts and accept Jesus' love today, for it is through his love that we find true happiness and fulfillment

THOSE WHO SOW IN TEARS....
In 1921 David and Svea Flood went with their two-year-old son from Sweden to the heart of Africa, to what was then called the Belgian Congo. This missionary couple met up with the Ericksons, another young Scandinavian couple, and the four of them sought God for direction. In those days of much devotion and sacrifice, they felt led of the Lord to set out from the main mission station to take the gospel to the village of N’dolera, a remote area.
This was a huge step of faith.
There, they were rebuffed by the chief, who would not let them enter his town for fear of alienating the local gods. The two couples opted to build their own mud huts half a mile up the slope.
They prayed for a spiritual breakthrough, but there was none. Their only contact with the villagers was a young boy, who was allowed to sell them chickens and eggs twice a week.
Svea Flood—a tiny woman only four feet, eight inches tall—decided that if this was the only African she could talk to, she would try to lead the boy to Jesus. And she succeeded!
Meanwhile, malaria struck one member of the little missionary band after another. In time, the Ericksons decided they had had enough suffering and left to return to the central mission station.
David and Svea Flood remained near N’dolera to carry on alone.
Then, Svea found herself pregnant in the middle of the primitive wilderness. When the time came for her to give birth, the village chief softened enough to allow a midwife to help her. A little girl was born, whom they named Aina. The delivery was exhausting. Svea Flood was already weak from bouts of malaria so the birthing process was a heavy blow to her stamina. She died only 17 days after Aina was born.
Something snapped Inside David Flood at that moment. He dug a crude grave, buried his 27-year-old wife, and then went back down the mountain with his children to the mission station.
Giving baby Aina to the Ericksons, he snarled, “I’m going back to Sweden. I’ve lost my wife, and I obviously can’t take care of this baby. God has ruined my life!”
With that, he headed for the port, rejecting not only his calling, but God Himself.
Within eight months, both the Ericksons were stricken with a mysterious malady and died within days of each other. Baby Aina was then turned over to another American missionary family who changed her Swedish name to “Aggie”. Eventually they took her back to the United States at age three.
This family loved Aggie. Afraid that if they tried to return to Africa some legal obstacle might separate her from them, they decided to stay in their home country and switch from missionary work to pastoral ministry. That is how Aggie grew up in South Dakota.
As a young woman, she attended North Central Bible College in Minneapolis. There she met and married Dewey Hurst.
Years passed. The Hursts enjoyed a fruitful ministry. Aggie gave birth first to a daughter, then a son. In time, her husband became president of a Christian college in the Seattle area, and Aggie was intrigued to find so much Scandinavian heritage there.
One day she found a Swedish religious magazine in their mailbox. She had no idea who had sent it, and of course she couldn’t read the words, but as she turned the pages, a photo suddenly stopped her cold.
There, in a primitive setting, was a grave with a white cross—and on the cross were the words SVEA FLOOD.
Aggie got in her car and drove straight to a college faculty member whom she knew could translate the article.
“What does this article say?”
The teacher shared a summary of the story.
"It is about missionaries who went to N’dolera, Africa, long ago. A baby was born. The young mother died. One little African boy was led to Jesus before that. After the whites had all left, the boy all grown up finally persuaded the chief to let him build a school in the village. He gradually won all his students to Christ and the children led their parents to Him. Even the chief became a follower of Jesus! Today there are six hundred believers in that village, all because of the sacrifice of David and Svea Flood."
Aggie was elated!
For the Hursts’ 25th wedding anniversary, the college presented them with the gift of a vacation to Sweden.
Aggie sought out her birth father.
David Flood was an old man now. He had remarried, fathered four more children, and generally dissipated his life with alcohol. He had recently suffered a stroke. Still bitter, he had one rule in his family: “Never mention the name of God! God took everything from me!”
After an emotional reunion with her half-brothers and half-sister, Aggie brought up the subject of her longing to see her father. They hesitated....
“You can talk to him, but he’s very ill now. You need to know that whenever he hears the name of God, he flies into a rage.”
Aggie walked into the squalid apartment, which had liquor bottles strewn everywhere, and slowly approached her 73-year-old father lying in a rumpled bed.
“Papa,” she said tentatively.
He turned and began to cry.
“Aina!"
"I never meant to give you away!”
“It’s all right, Papa,” she replied, taking him gently in her arms.
“God took good care of me.”
Her father instantly stiffened and his tears stopped.
“God forgot all of us. Our lives have been like this because of Him.”
He turned his face back to the wall.
Aggie stroked his face and then continued, undaunted.
“Papa, I’ve got a marvelous story to tell you!"
"You didn’t go to Africa in vain. Mama didn’t die in vain. The little boy you won to the Lord grew up to win that whole village to Jesus! The one seed you planted in his heart kept growing and growing! Today there are 600 people serving the Lord because you were faithful to the call of God in your life!"
"Papa, Jesus loves you. He has never hated you or abandoned us.”
The old father turned back to look into his daughter’s eyes. His body relaxed.
He slowly began to talk.
And by the end of the afternoon, he had come back to the God he had resented for so many years. Over the next few days, father and daughter enjoyed warm moments together. A few weeks after Aggie and her husband returned to America, David Flood died.
And a few years later....
Aggie and her husband were attending an evangelism conference in London, England, when a report was given from Zaire (the former Belgian Congo).
The superintendent of the national church, representing some 110,000 baptized believers, spoke eloquently of the Gospel’s spread in his nation.
Aggie could not help going to ask him afterward if he had ever heard of David and Svea Flood.
“Yes, madam,” the man replied in French, his words being translated into English.
“Svea Flood led me to Jesus Christ! I was the boy who brought food to your parents before you were born. In fact, to this day, your mother’s grave and her memory are honored by all of us.”
He embraced Aggie for a long time, sobbing.
“You must come to Zaire! Your mother is the most famous and honored person in our history.”
When Aggie and her husband went to N’dolera, they were welcomed by cheering throngs of villagers. Aggie even met the man who had been hired by her father to carry her down the mountain in a hammock-cradle.
Then the pastor escorted Aggie to see her mother’s tomb with a white cross bearing her name. She knelt in the soil to pray and give thanks to God.
Later that day, in the church, the boy turned pastor read....
“I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.” John 12:24
“Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.” Psalm 126:5
