HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!

Happy Father’s Day to all our dads! We honor and thank every father, grandfather and father figure in our Liberty family. May God bless you, strengthen you and fill your day with joy!

HARRISON BROWN’S BAPTISM

On 27 August 2026, Harrison Brown received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and committed to being baptized and becoming part of Liberty Family Church. We look forward to celebrating his baptism this Sunday, 6 September 2026. Praise God for His goodness and faithfulness throughout Harrison’s life!

MOVIE NIGHT

On the 12th of September Saturday 6:30pm, join us at Liberty Family Church for a fun and exciting Movie Night as we follow Mario on a galaxy-wide adventure to save the day! Bring your family, invite a friend and enjoy a relaxed night together. Everyone is welcome!

LIBERTY NEWS AND COMMUNION VOLUNTEERS MEETING

A meeting for all Liberty News and Communion volunteers will be held after the service on Sunday, 13 September. All current volunteers are encouraged to attend.

MEN’S BREAKFAST

Men, come and join us for a relaxed morning of great food, encouraging conversation and genuine Christian fellowship. We would love to have you with us. Bring a friend and come along as we strengthen and encourage one another in faith, friendship and life. Saturday, 19 September 2026 - 8:30am - $10 per person

LADIES’ DINNER

Ladies, join us for a wonderful evening of food, fellowship and conversation at the Grand Hotel. Thursday, 24 September 2026 - 6:30pm Our Ladies’ Dinner is a relaxed and welcoming evening where women of all ages can enjoy great food, meaningful conversation, and encouragement in Christ.

LADIES BIBLE STUDY FELLOWSHIP

Our Women’s Bible Study Fellowship also meets every second Friday during school terms. It is a wonderful opportunity to grow in God’s Word, pray together and build lasting friendships with other women in our church community. We look forward to seeing you at both gatherings!

TERM 4 ROSTERS

Planning is now underway for Term 4. Please send your roster information to your team leader as soon as possible. Thank you for helping our ministry teams prepare well for the coming term.

PITTER-PATTER PLAYGROUP

Pitter-Patter Playgroup meets every Monday during the school term from 9:30am–11:30am

EVANGELISM TEAM: 1st Meeting in October

We are forming an Evangelism Team and are looking for volunteers who would like to help share the good news of Jesus with our community. The team’s first meeting will be held on Sunday, 11 October 2026 after the service. We would love to hear from anyone who feels called to serve.

STABLE ONE WINTER SHELTER PROGRAM 2026

As this year’s Stable One Winter Shelter Program concludes, we extend a heartfelt thank you on behalf of the Stable One guests and volunteers. Thank you to everyone who prayed, served, gave or supported this important ministry. Your generosity and practical care have made a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

CONCLUSION OF CODA TUESDAY NIGHT MEETINGS

Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA) has officially concluded its Tuesday night meetings. The group will no longer meet on Tuesday evenings due to very low attendance.

PRAYER FOCUS FOR SEPTEMBER: CHURCH VOLUNTEERS

Throughout September, we are praying for everyone who faithfully serves across the life of our church. May God strengthen, encourage and refresh our volunteers as they use their gifts to bless others and help our church ministries flourish. We also encourage everyone to be part of a ministry and volunteer according to your spiritual gifts and availability.

The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen!

This Sunday we come to the final message in our Book of Romans sermon series. A journey through one of the greatest books ever written about the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Over the past weeks we've discovered that all have sinned, that we are saved by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone, that we have new life through the Holy Spirit, and that God's promises never fail. We've also learned what it means to live out the gospel through transformed lives, loving one another, serving together, and being faithful witnesses in the world.

As we conclude this series, we'll be reminded that the gospel was never meant to stop with us. We are called to share the gospel and live the gospel so that others may come to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

Whether you've been with us every week or are joining us for the first time, we'd love to welcome you. Come and worship with us as we celebrate God's amazing grace and are commissioned to take the hope of Christ into our homes, our community, and the world.

Join us this Sunday as we conclude our journey through the Book of Romans: Living the Gospel (Romans 12–16). We look forward to seeing you!
