We are a community of people in Hamilton in South Western Victoria, who are all about Jesus. Even though he lived in Roman Judea about 2000 years ago, the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus is still the biggest news ever. By coming to live with us, Jesus showed us that God knows the brokenness and struggle of human existence - even from our perspective. By dying on a Roman cross, Jesus suffered the punishment that we deserved for rebelling against the good and loving rule of God over our lives. By rising from the dead, Jesus proved that He has won the decisive victory over death. We believe that the Bible is God's authoritative word. As a part of the Presbyterian Church of Victoria and the Presbyterian Church of Australia, we believe that the teaching of the Bible is helpfully set out in the Westminster Confession of Faith. As a presbyterian church, our church is run by a team of elders. We meet on Sundays at the corner of Gray and McIntyre Streets at 10 am to worship God together. Everyone is welcome to our worship services, and to stay behind for a cup of tea and a chat in the church hall afterwards.
