A huge congratulations to all the wonderful parish children who received their First Holy Communion over the weekend. What a beautiful and joyful celebration for our community!

We are so proud of each of you for taking this special step in your faith journey. Thank you to the families, teachers, and parish team who helped prepare the children and made the day so meaningful.

May you continue to grow in God’s love and carry the light of Christ with you always.

✨ A Historic Day for the Church ✨

Today we give thanks for the canonisation of two new saints: Carlo Acutis and Pier Giorgio Frassati.

Carlo Acutis, a young Italian teenager, dedicated his short life to the Eucharist and used his gifts in technology to share the faith with the world. Pier Giorgio Frassati, known as the “Man of the Beatitudes,” was a young man of deep prayer and joyful service to the poor. Both remind us that holiness is possible in everyday life.

This is a moment of great joy for the universal Church, especially for young people who look to these new saints as role models of faith, courage, and love.

May Saints Carlo Acutis and Pier Giorgio Frassati intercede for our parish community and inspire us to walk with Christ more faithfully each day.

Saints Carlo and Pier Giorgio, pray for us
