God give us the faith that he will always rescue us from everything that threatens to harm us in body, mind or spirit because of his infinite & life-giving love for us in the suffering, death & resurrection of Jesus, so we can find deep & lasting joy in even the most difficult or challenging of circumstances...

Today's verse from my morning Bible reading -

The Lord says, "I will guide you along the best pathway for your life.
I will advise you and watch over you."
Psalm 32:8 NLT

What if God has already shown us the best pathway for our lives in Jesus' command to love one another the way he loved us (John 13:34), Paul's words that the only thing that counts is faith expressing itself in Christ-like love (Galatians 5:6) & David's encouragement to trust the Lord & do good (Psalm 37:3), & then he gives us the freedom to work out the details for ourselves?

What might that look like today, tomorrow & into the future...?
