Welcome back to Music Monday’s!!!
This week’s song has been out for a while now and it’s called Reckless Love by a dude named Cory Asbury.

This song is great! Throughout it, the lyrics just tell about how God will always put you first.

“The overwhelming, never-ending reckless love of God”
Reckless means: heedless of danger or the consequences of one's actions

“I couldn't earn it, and I don't deserve it, still You give Yourself away”

How true is that. There are some things that I’m so ashamed of and I know that it would of hurt when I did it, but looking at my life and seeing the opportunities that he has put ahead of me.

The bible says that the devil only comes to steal, kill and destroy but I have come so you may have life and have it abundantly.

Finally, the song says…

“There's no shadow You won't light up
Mountain You won't climb up
Coming after me
There's no wall You won't kick down
Lie You won't tear down
Coming after me”

I’ll be honest with you, I personally think the devil wins battles, but He will never win a war because we have a God that loves us so much that He would willingly give His life away!

Welcome To Music Monday’s!!!

This new little weekly post serves as a way to discover new music to sing, dance and worship to!!!

To start it off we have Hillsong Young and Free’s: “End of Days.”

In short this song is a total declaration of worship and praise. It’s uncomplicated and doesn’t have much variation throughout. However, this isn’t a bad thing because when it comes down to God’s love… it is uncomplicated. God’s love for us comes unconditionally and fills us with however much we are willing to accept… so what better way to reply with an absolute declaration of praise.

Part of the lyrics say, “You’re love outlasts the end of days!” Which is crazy when you think about it. How can one possibly love everyone, all the time, and anytime? Well that’s the thing. That kind of love cannot be replicated… but it can be acknowledged and praised!!!
