Certain Hope this Easter

In a world where so much feels uncertain, Easter brings something unshakable: certain hope.

Because Jesus rose from the dead, we don’t have to face life (or death) with fear. We can face it with confidence, knowing that death is not the end, and hope is not wishful thinking.

Looking forward to a great day in Romans 5! Glenmore Park won’t be freezing cold like last week - heater are on and working!
It’s a great day to visit church if you are new, either at 8:30am, 10:30am or 6pm at Glenmore Park or 9:30am at Silverdale.
10:30 crew has a sit down potluck lunch - we’ll do the sausages, just bring a salad, bread, drinks or dessert (or just turn up if that is too hard to make happen). Chris

Whole Church Picnic POSTPONED - Glenmore Park morning gatherings still COMBINING at 9:30am (BAKE something to share)

Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by the devastating flooding between Sydney and Coffs Harbour. This period of extensive rain has been extraordinary.

Due to the ongoing wet and soggy conditions at Silverdale, we’ve decided to postpone the Whole Church Picnic. Even if the sun comes out, the grass will likely be too damp and muddy for the event.

We’ll soon announce a new date with plenty of notice - thank you for your understanding!

In the meantime, our morning gatherings at Glenmore Park will still come together at 9:30am, followed by morning tea. We hadn’t originally planned to share morning tea, so we all need to pitch in to make it work! Please BAKE and BRING your favorite slice, cake, or cookies to share. Let’s make this a great time of connecting and encouraging one another.

We usually have a BBQ on the 4th Sunday as part of the 10:30am gathering - this won't be happening this month (normally this Sunday).

At Silverdale, the 9:30am gathering will be happening, with a special morning tea to celebrate the baptism of Hannah and Timothy. Congratulations to Anthony and Naomi on two years with the twins!

Our 6pm gathering will be meeting as usual. Looking forward to seeing you at church!

The staff team are up at Reach Australia National Conference in Erina, having a great time thinking about what it means to seek the lost with the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
