The Glen Food Hub is here to be a practical resource for our community, helping to offset those daily expenses.

Our doors are open every Thursday to provide fresh food and essentials in a friendly, relaxed environment. Whether you're here to balance the weekly budget or just to say hello, you’re always welcome.

The Glen Food Hub is a dedicated local initiative focused on fighting food insecurity and supporting our neighbors.

Currently, we provide:

• Affordable Groceries: High-quality food at a fraction of retail prices to help families stretch their budgets.
• Emergency Relief: Providing essential food parcels for those facing sudden hardship.
• Community Care: A safe, welcoming space where anyone can find a helping hand and a friendly face.

Why we are building:

Our current space has served us well, but to meet the growing needs of Glen Innes, we need a permanent, purpose-built facility. This new building will allow for better storage, more variety, and a more accessible space for everyone we serve. By shopping at our yard sale, you aren't just buying a treasure—you’re helping lay the foundation for a stronger community!

The Glen Food Hub exists to support our local community by providing affordable food, a welcoming space, and a place of dignity and connection for all. Each week, this is made possible through the incredible generosity of our volunteers, donors, supporters, and community partners.

After a well-deserved break, we will be returning on Thursday, 29 January and look forward to serving the community again.

Glen Food Hub Reopening

We’re pleased to let our community know that Glen Food Hub will be reopening on Wednesday, 29 January after our Christmas and New Year break.

Can you help build our dream?

The Glen Food Hub is a not-for-profit supporting local individuals and families with affordable food in a welcoming space. We are taking a short break and will reopen Thursday, 29 January, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.

We dream of moving into a permanent building to serve our community with dignity and care, and we need sponsors, builders, grant writers, and anyone who can make it real.
