Bible seaside Messy Church tonight. We went fishing, then decoded the message, poured sand drizzles, decorated our fish mural and built sandcastles, including a Jericho with walls. Mixed results with the giant castle-come giant hole.

"Love your world". We talked about all the wonderful creations and made our own collage of our world with cut out animals and leaf printing, made ladybugs and drew with chalk. Food was obviously well received because it was gone before a photo!

Messy Church certainly got a little messy tonight! In the lead up to Pentacost, we looked at ways the Holy Spirit visited the disciples; as wind and flame. We made windmills, kites and aeroplanes, decorated candles, and used our own wind to paint pictures, demonstrating that while we can't see wind, we can see its work, just like we might not see the Holy Spirit, we can see evidence of the work it does.
Dinner was so good all that was left was a very empty pot!
