FORM Lite is a version of FORM tailored to 2022 with a lower level of commitment required. You will still experience many of the components of FORM CORE, but at a slower pace

Who: Anyone willing to give a year to be formed by God (Ages 18+!)
Cost: $700 (fee assistance available)

Being a disciple is better together. FORM is a community of people wanting to grow as disciples of Jesus.

FORM includes weekly worship, prayer, teaching, training, formation and processing spaces. It's intentional time set aside to offer ourselves to God. We also actively seek to invest in others through our own growing leadership and mission.

If this sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, get in touch with us. FORM is aimed at those aged 18-35, and is a ministry of Geraldton Baptist Church. Applications close January 25th, so get in quick!

Keen to make your life count?

FORM is a discipleship year orientated around FORMATION, LEADERSHIP, & MISSION. We believe that what you do FOR God needs to come from your relationship WITH God, from your identity as a child of God. On FORM, you will be encouraged to spend the year learning how to listen to God and then practice stepping out in obedience to Him. We believe that as you do this, you will GROW as a disciple of Jesus.

FORM Geraldton is a ministry of Geraldton Baptist Church. If you currently live outside of Geraldton, we invite you to move to Geraldton and join us at GBC for your FORM year. Assistance will be offered to make this possible. If you already live in Geraldton but attend another church, we encourage you to talk to the FORM team today about the possibility of partnerships.

Happy New Year!
It's a time to give thanks and glory to God for the year that has been and to trust and look forward to what the Father will do in the year to come. It's good to remember that no matter what 2022 has in store, He is capable of immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine!
On Form we stand together in prayer for immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine - to see God's power at work in the lives of His people, growing them through the process of discipleship and seeing his Kingdom break out and transform the world around them. We are expectant to see God move powerfully this year in Form, Geraldton, Australia, and the world.

Form 2022 Applications are open and we'd love you to join the crew!

Come and join with other followers of Jesus who are excited to grow in their relationship with Him, to grow together as a community with a Kingdom impact.

You will learn more about your Christ-given identity, tools for discipling others, and discover more of your bible. You'll go deeper in your relationship with God through times of worship, prayer and reflection. You'll get to develop these skills and tools in a ministry placement setting and have missional opportunities to share your faith. All that, and you'll develop deep connections with those who journey alongside you, supported by a team of committed disciples who want to invest in your growth and development as you become more like Jesus.

Form 2021 has come to an end. Each Formee has grown to become more like Jesus, each of them in unique ways.

Some of the highlights of term 4: learning about New Testament letters on our Taster Day, sharing testimonies on the Final Retreat, and looking to the future and enjoying a meal and community time for our final Tuesday together.

Gonna miss Tuesdays with this crew, but looking forward to what Form Tuesdays will look like in 2022. Because each of our relationships with God are unique, each year and each Formee has a different journey and their own story to tell of Form. Undertaking that journey with vulnerability and alongside others in community leads to an incredible sense of family and a combined story of the year. I always look back and love to see how God has woven the different threads of each Formees story together over the year to encourage, support and spur each other on as they journey together.

Keep an eye out for some quotes and snippets of these stories over the summer!
