Thanks Darius for coming to teach and remind us about the basic hermeneutical principles.

Sometimes we read scripture only through the lens of our own point of view, it’s important that we remember to read the Bible with a heart that is responsive to the Holy Spirit and be prepared to have our lives changed and minds moved. Don’t build theology on isolated biblical passages, pay attention to context and be aware of presuppositions. It’s the living word, still relevant then, today and for years to come.
