Our website will eventually be wellspring of education for those wanting to deepen their knowledge & connection with their natural rhythms and plants. When you purchase our products you are joining our community and will be able to access a members hub with recipes, embodiments practises and connect with other healers sharing there wisdom.

Our bodies are cyclical beings, who move physical, energetically and spiritually in cycles. Our physical body is the the door to unlocking our innate wisdom in all the dimensions.

Our products are rituals, that with intention guide you back to your body's innate wisdom. The wisdom of the womb, the wisdom of the nervous system, the wisdom of the breath.
When we unwind from within, we return to our natural rhythms, our cyclical nature.

Our biological rhythms can be broken down into different rhythms. The main two are; The masculine cycle, that reflects the sun's circadian rhythm (24hour clock)
The feminine cycle, that
reflects the moon's infradian rhythm (28-31 days)
As women we are governed by both, the infradian cycles reflecting our menstrual cycle nd the circadian 24 hour rhythm, our wake sleep cycle.

Within the menstrual cycles, there are four phases:

Winter/Mensuration~ The first day of bleed is considered day one of your menstrual cycle. Progesterone plunges, which causes the uterine lining to shed, "your period"

Spring/Follicular~ It's called the Follicular phase because your pituitary gland releases a hormone called Follicle Stimulating Hormone, which stimulates the follicles in your ovaries to mature (these follicles contain your eggs)Estrogen and testosterone start to rise during this phase

Summer/Ovulation~Estrogen and testosterone rise to peak levels. An egg gets released from its follicle in your o***y and will survive for roughly 12-24 hours.

Autumn/Luteal~ Estrogen and testosterone decline and your body starts producing progesterone. This creates a softening in the cervix, in preparation for your bleed(menstruation)
