**Exciting new opportunity in Frankston!**

One Heart Frankston is looking for a Local City Mission Catalyst to help bring churches, community organisations, businesses and government together to make a meaningful difference across our local community.

This full-time, two-year role will focus on:
*Building strong local partnerships
*Identifying and responding to community needs
*Connecting churches and organisations to work collaboratively
*Supporting sustainable community initiatives
*Mobilising churches and volunteers into action

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about Frankston, building relationships, collaboration and seeing churches work together for the wellbeing of our city.

Experience across Christian churches, ministries or faith-based organisations, community initiatives and volunteer engagement would be highly regarded

Street Peace is another amazing NFP in Frankston seeking to support young people in our community who need love, encouragement and empowerment to move forward in life. Their youth mentors journey with the young people in our city providing hope in the hopelessness of life. Their EOFY appeal is happening now and they are looking for support to put towards their program in the Frankston area. If you feel led please support them financially or get in touch to find out other ways you can provide much needed support.

Following on from our focus on the Babes Project Frankston. It is EOFY time and our charities are looking for all the support you can provide. Each of these charities is local to our community, has Christian values and focus and is working really hard to provide for those in need in our community. The Babes Project Frankston is our highlighted charity this week and have started their EOFY appeal. If your looking for a worthy cause to give to the Babes Project is one of them. Supporting our new vulnerable mumma's to support their children. They help in so many ways providing lifeskills and practical needs. Donate to them this EOFY or reach out and see how you can volunteer or provide in other ways.

WATCH THIS SPACE! In partnership with Frankston Life Church. One Heart will be supporting the activation of this prayer space in the heart of frankston for all churches to access and utilise and eventually we would love to see it open to anyone within our community to come and have prayer from. We met on Monday and prayed and dreamed about what God would want to do through a communal prayer space in the heart of Frankston. We hope to re launch this space in July. If you have a heart for prayer, intercession or prayer ministry we encourage you to make contact with us. If your church would like to host a prayer meeting hear reach out. There will be some opportunities coming up for people to engage in using this space. More to come.
