Gentlemen of the Lutheran Men's Shed of Ipswich,

Our next event will be held at 6:30pm on Thursday 25th June 2026, at our Shed, Bethany School, 126 Cascade Street, Raceview.

Your invited guest speaker will be Mr Neville Bork, who will be sharing stories about his life, family and his love of playing the Piano Accordion in a Bush Band.

Good evening valued Gentlemen of the Lutheran Men's Shed of Ipswich,

Our May 2026 event is scheduled for this Thursday 28th May 2026, that is in two (2) days time. Sorry for the short notice, but as they say "The days are long but the years are short" with this year progressing at full steam.

Our event is scheduled to commence around 6pm with a meet & greet followed by a BBQ meal, and our invited guest speaker will by Mr Rob Dodson, who will be sharing one of his hobbies with us, Computer based engraving. You may remember Rob has previously spoken at one of our events.

Followed by Mr Paul Modra delivering meaningful devotion and prayer.

The event will conclude with a cup of tea and light refreshment.

The Lutheran Men's Shed of Ipswich will be next meeting from 6pm on Thursday 23rd April 2026 at our shed located on Bethany School grounds, 126 Cascade Street, Raceview.

Our invited guest speaker will by Mr. Ross Wadsworth from the RSL Ipswich Sub branch.

Ross will be talking about the history of ANZAC, their presents and upholding their future in Ipswich.

Today, the Lutheran Men's Shed of Ipswich held a Men's Breakfast at our Shed on Bethany's School Grounds, with 33 Men attending.

It has been a long time between meals.

Breakfast of Bacon, Eggs, Cheese & Relish rolls were amazing, and side dishes of ShipWrecked Beans, Beans & Bacon, and Lamb's Fry & Onion Gravey were garnished with Garlic & Shallots, enhanced the event.

It must have been good, as there were no leftovers.

A huge Thank You goes out to all who attended and to our Pastors for their valued leadership & support for this wonderful ministry.

The Lutheran Men's Shed of Ipswich will hold their first event of 2026 on Thursday 26th February 2026, at our home shed 126 Cascade Street, Raceview.

The event will commence around 6:30 pm with a Meet & Greet, followed by a meal then hearing from our invited guest speaker, finishing with devotion.

Our invited guest speaker for this event is Mr Paul Wust, who will be sharing with us, his recent experiences of World Travel, forming relationships with new people, learning of new Cultures & their foods, and some thoughts on how we can come together as Men.

A donation tin will be available and please bring a friend.
