We invite you to join our Community Garden located in the Parish Grounds of All Hallows Catholic Church in Five Dock.

Winter planting - Lettuces, Beetroot, Spanish Onions, Snow Peas and Strawberries. Lots of Flowering Rosemary and Edible Flowers were ready to harvest too!

Lots of activity in The Forest Garden yesterday during our Working Bee - Pruned the Apricot Tree, Weeded the paths and found some things ready for Harvest - lovely little carrots. The chooks had a good time too! The space is ready for replanting now. : )

Great effort by the little team that were available for our Working Bee today! Garden is looking good for the FREE Pollinator Workshop we are hosting with Seed Harvest Spoon on Sunday 15 November.

To kick off "Pollinator Week", Seed Harvest Spoon will be hosting a FREE Pollinator Workshop in our Community Garden.

Sunday 15 November 10am - 1pm.

Presented by Michelle Carrick & Natalie Er who are also two of our founding members of the All Hallows Parish Community Permaculture Garden. We are very excited about this great SPRINGTIME event!

"Greg's Grill" is all set for Saturday 18 July straight after 5.30pm Mass. Chestnuts will be roasting and marshmallows will be toasting around the open fires!

"Greg's Grill" Winter event is set for Saturday 18 July straight after 5.30pm Mass. Chestnuts will be roasting and marshmallows will be toasting around the open fires! Pick up a form from the church gathering space to book your tickets.

At our working bee yesterday - we put into practice Permaculture Principle 2 Catch & Store Energy "make hay while the sun shines". We collected autumn leaves a valuable resource for our compost brown stockpile...we collect while the resource is in abundance to store for the months ahead - forward thinking!

Soil Regeneration - bringing our soil back to life with compost, vermicast, seasol and worm juice
