This past Sunday we commissioned Paul Seville as the new site pastor at St Alban’s and welcomed his family into our CCIW community. Our prayer is that God would use Paul and his family to faithfully serve our community.

Goodbyes are never easy in the life of a church and here at Christ Church Inner West it is no different.

This past Sunday we farewelled Ian Hadfield and his wife Narelle. Ian has been the Site Paster at ST Alban’s Five Dock for just over two years and they both have been such a blessing to the church and the wider community.

Please be praying as Ian and Narelle step into this new season of ministry. On Wednesday 11th of March, Ian will be inducted as Rector of ST Paul’s South Coogee.

We here at CCIW thank Ian and Narelle for the blessing they have been and we pray that God would continue to bless their ministry in South Coogee.

On Day 2 of Basecamp Sabrina showed us the amazing Minecraft garden she built, we got to name all her cute pets, and then we COMPLETELY LOST OUR MINDS when her friend Adam suddenly blew the whole garden up.

Apparently though, this story has a happy ending! Phew!

Sabrina told the Basecamp kids that God did something amazing to fix broken thing, and we’ll be hearing about it later this afternoon.
