Thank You Ferntree Gully Members and Friends!!
Last Sunday, we held our final AGM and approved a motion to formally close as a congregation while continuing our gatherings in a ministry group format.
We give heartfelt thanks to all who have been part of Ferntree Gully over the years. Your faithfulness and support have shaped this community, and we now look forward with freedom as we begin this new journey together.

Charles led us in a beautiful communion service. It was sad that a couple are still unwell but our prayers and thoughts are with them.

After small meetings and lots of flu, pneumonia, covid and other breathing issues it was lovely to be able to meet for communion and our planning session.

Emma led us in a very interesting bible study. It was lovely to have so many that joined us and although a couple of the husbands didn't join in the bible study it was terrific that they were there and heard our discussions.

The AGM which was planned for the 20th will be postponed and we will be holding a worship service at Jeniece's

We had Rainbow Lorikeets join us at today's worship, so lovely hearing and watching them.

Cafe church this week was held in Frankston and it was lovely to have the regular folk as well as some others join us.

Today we held another service in a home with hymn sing and discussions. It was so lovely to spend time talking with like minded people and hear others thoughts. Please message me if any activity interests you. Everyone is always welcome.

We have had a planning meeting to discuss what it is we would like to do. For now we have set dates/venues for worships, craft and social activities however, the venue is always subject to change {if someone gets ill etc} so always a good idea to message or phone if you are able to attend. We are excited about a few things that need a little more planning before we will commence but for now this is what we have, all are welcome.

Sunday 19th May – Worship Steph and Jeniece officiating at Marg and Roy’s
2nd June – Communion Charles officiating at Shane’s
23rd June – Shane officiating at Marion’s
7th July – Communion Jeniece officiating at Jeniece’s
21st July – Social Outing – details not set yet.
4th August - Communion Charles officiating at Charles and Sarah’s
18th August – Planning Day at Steph’s
Sept business Meeting- date to be set.
