In a world where making good choices can be confusing, we must turn to the Word! FBC is delighted to announce the theme for Young Adults Camp 2026, “Biblical Discernment”, where we will explore sound Biblical principles that guide the believer in making godly decisions.

Put into practice and guided by the Holy Spirit, good choices build a stronger and more fruitful walk, while avoiding mistakes and pitfalls that cause harm and regret.

We will examine a number of real life scenarios commonly experienced by Young Adults, as they seek to live a life honouring to the Lord, in a world filled with confusion, self-centredness, temptation and sin.

Trusting God with Our Tomorrow.

We are still remembering our dear brother in Christ, Ray, whose life was a beautiful testimony of God’s grace. His faith was the answer to his wife’s fervent prayers over many years, and through her love and prayers, Ray came to believe and follow the Lord and run a race of victorious faithful life.

Ray was a quiet, fun-loving man who loved to crack jokes and always carried a cheeky smile. He leaves behind a beautiful legacy through his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of many.

His favourite hymn, How Great Thou Art, reminds us of the hope we have in Christ and the joy of one day standing in His presence:
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee,

How great Thou art, how great Thou art!

As we reflect on Ray’s life and the faith that carried him through to the end, we are reminded of the greatness of our God and the power of a praying family. May Ray’s life encourage us to keep praying for our family members, and to live as faithful testimonies of Christ so that others may come to know Him too.

He is Risen!
​Today, we celebrate the greatest victory in history: Jesus Christ has risen! He conquered the grave and paid the ultimate price so that we might have eternal life.
​But Easter isn’t just a celebration of what happened two thousand years ago—it’s a call to action for us today. Because He lives, we are called to live a life that reflects His love and grace.
​The lyrics of that powerful hymn challenge us to look at our own hearts:
​"I have decided to follow Jesus; no turning back, no turning back. The world behind me, the cross before me; no turning back, no turning back."
​Following Him isn't always the "popular" path. Sometimes it means standing alone. But when we keep the cross before us and the world behind us, we find a purpose that nothing else can offer.
​Today, ask yourself: Have I truly surrendered? Am I ready to follow Him with no turning back?
​Let’s walk this journey together, transformed by the Resurrection and fueled by His spirit. 🕊️🙌
