We are very blessed to announce that the major pilgrim relics of St Carlo Acutis are coming to our beloved parish on Thursday 8 and Friday 9 October. Australia is the 25th nation in the world to receive them, and St Joseph's is one of the stops.

We will be welcoming the relics together at 6:30pm on Thursday the 8th of October, followed by Vespers and Confessions.

On Friday there will be two Divine Liturgies in the presence of the relics, at 11:00am with Benediction and again at 7:00pm. Through the day there will also be talks by Kate Hobbs, individual blessings with the relics, silent adoration and Confessions, and St Carlo's Eucharistic Miracles Exhibition in the hall. Food and refreshments will be available in the youth room.

The family of the late Chahineh Haddad Makhoul extends its thanks to everyone who offered condolences, whether by attending, calling, or through social media. We would also like to give a special thanks to Abouna Jobran, Abouna Abdullah, and Deacon Maurice, for standing by the family and praying with us. We pray for God's mercy and to grant us and our brethren a long everlasting life. May God keep you and your families safe always.
