Happy Father's Day.

For many, today is a joyful celebration. For others, it can be a day of mixed emotions and memories.

As a church family, we give thanks for the fathers and father figures who have impacted our lives, and we pray God's comfort, peace, and blessing over all who are reflecting on fatherhood today.

"Every good and perfect gift is from above." James 1:17

Sunday, Murray encouraged us to stop and consider the importance of signposts - the things that point us in a particular direction.

He challenged us with an important question: Which direction are we being led?
Are we being led by the flesh, or are we being led by the Spirit?

It’s a great reminder to pause, look at the direction of our lives, and make sure we’re following where God is leading us. 🙏

This morning's message has been uploaded to our website.

Ps John spoke about Nehemiah and the rebuilding of the wall, reminding us that it wasn't the work of just one person—it took a whole community, with everyone doing their part to accomplish what God had called them to do.

A great reminder for us at The Valley that every person has a part to play as we build God's Kingdom together.

Our journey through 1 Peter concludes with Chapter 5.

We were reminded of the importance of relationship with one another as faithful brothers and sisters in Christ. We are called to serve eagerly, walk humbly, shepherd those around us, and stand firm as we resist the devil.
