🎉 CONGRATULATIONS TRAVIS & WILLIAM! 🎉

A huge congratulations to Travis and William for proudly representing our small school, St Joseph’s Eugowra, at the Dubbo Diocesan Athletics Carnival last Friday.

Travis competed in the 100m sprint, while William competed in discus. Both boys gave it their very best and represented our school with fantastic determination and sportsmanship.

A special congratulations to Travis, who successfully made it through his first heat of the 100m! 👏 Although he didn’t place in the next round, getting through his first heat was a fantastic achievement.

We are incredibly proud of both boys for having a go, giving their best and representing St Joseph’s Eugowra with such pride.

Sometimes, the smallest action can make the biggest impact! 💜

From 17–21 August, schools across the country are coming together for Bullying No Way! National Week of Action—an opportunity to deepen our students’ understanding of bullying and explore positive strategies for prevention and inclusion.

Today, our students are wearing purple to show their support and stand together against bullying. 💜

Throughout the week, our students have been taking part in classroom activities and discussions to help build their understanding of bullying, kindness, inclusion and positive ways to support one another.

Together, we can help create a school community where everyone feels safe, included and valued. 💜

⚽️Eugowra Jr Sports - Soccer Home Game⚽️

Eugowra Junior Sports will be hosting their Parkes teams this Saturday, 15th August, at Ian Walsh Oval. Come along and support our local players as they take on the visiting teams!

Eugowra Jr Sports canteen will be running on the day, offering sausage sandwiches, steak sandwiches, bacon and egg rolls, soft drinks, water, packets of chips and lolly bags. Cash and EFTPOS will be available. There will also be some Eugowra Junior Sports merchandise available for purchase.

Frosty Memories will be there serving up delicious soft serves, thickshakes and milkshakes. Plus, Coffee Fix – by Larz will be serving up delicious coffee. Please note: Coffee is cash only.

Come along, grab some food and a coffee, treat yourself to something sweet, and cheer on our local teams!
