Moral Benefits of Wisdom

2 My son, if you accept my words
and store up my commands within you,
2 turning your ear to wisdom
and applying your heart to understanding—

and cry aloud for understanding,

and search for it as for hidden treasure,
5 then you will understand the fear of the Lord
and find the knowledge of God.

As we prepare for Equip Conference 2026, we want to do more than prepare the room, we want to prepare our hearts and spirits to see God move.
From now until Equip begins on 10 September, we’re inviting you to join us in a time of prayer and fasting, with expectant hearts for revival to ignite in the Church of Esperance.

It is also timely that the 24/7 Prayer Room kicks off on Sunday with At the Name of Jesus (Philippians 2:9-11).

The place is ready for the Church to Pray.

What is fasting? It’s simply choosing to put something aside for a time so you can intentionally make more room for God. It might be food, coffee, social media, technology or something else that’s part of your normal routine.
Ask the Holy Spirit what that might look like for you.

Let’s make space to seek God together and come into Equip expectant for what He will do.

They are ripe for harvest. 36 Even now the one who reaps draws a wage and harvests a crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may be glad together. 37 Thus the saying ‘One sows and another reaps’ is true. 38 I sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the benefits of their labor.”
