In case you're new or unaware, The Baptist Association of NSW & ACT is a movement of more than 360 churches committed to serving together with a common purpose, values, vision and goal.

Together, these provide the foundation for how we live out God's mission, guiding the initiatives we invest in, the causes we pursue, the organisations we partner with and the work we undertake as we move towards our goal of becoming a movement of 1000 healthy churches in a generation.

Today marks the beginning of National Reconciliation Week
A time to honour, listen to, and learn from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This year’s theme, “All In: Reciprocity as Reconciliation,” reminds us that reconciliation is something we are all invited into, a shared journey of truth-telling, justice, and right relationship.

We encourage you to take time this week to:
• Listen and learn from First Nations voices
• Engage with church resources from Common Grace
• Pray for justice, healing, and reconciliation

You can explore resources and join in prayer with a beautiful reflection written by Wiradjuri woman Steph Evans here:

Let’s walk together toward healing and flourishing for all.

Momentum Meeting Recording

What does real church growth and multiplication look like right now?
In our first Momentum Meeting, we heard from Benj Gould (Greenhouse Church) about planting in Long Jetty and multiplying into Bloom Co Church in Ettalong.
Whether you’re leading, planting, or just exploring then this conversation is for you.

Be inspired, learn from lived experience and see the vision for multiplication.

When you give, your impact multiplies.
Give $1 → Unlock $5 → Change lives.

Through Baptist World Aid’s Matching Grant Appeal, every $1 given helps unlock $5 in funding from the Australian Government, supporting local Christian partners, across 12 projects in places like Lebanon, Cambodia, Kenya, Nepal, and Bangladesh.

Together, we’re helping churches bring practical hope, food, shelter, training, and long-term change like Sali receiving agricultural training to keep her farm thriving allowing her to provide for her son Sok and share knowledge in her community.

Give by 30 June
