Enoggera Baptist Church is filled with people who have experienced a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ and desire to follow Him with everything we have. While we don’t pretend to have it all together, we truly believe that Jesus changes lives.

This Sunday is an All-In Sunday!

Join us at 9.30am (no 4.30pm service) for our gospel of John series, and enjoy coffee & morning tea after with our whole church community ☕️🧁🙌

We will also be introducing a new song to sing: Here We Stand!

We’ll be back to our usual two services at 9.30am and 4.30pm next week. See you on Sunday morning!

Yesterday we were delighted to welcome Dan Sercombe from Redemption Baptist Church and David Evans from Queensland Theological College and Rosalie Baptist Church to open God’s Word with us at church at our morning and evening services.

We are so thankful for these men and for the encouragement, challenge, and gospel hope they brought through their preaching.

This Sunday is a special one as we have the privilege of welcoming not one, but two guest preachers: Dan Sercombe (Redemption Baptist Church, Carindale) and David Evans (current Queensland Theological College lecturer and past EBC member!).

At our 9:30am service, Dan will be preaching from Mark 14:66–72, exploring hope in the midst of failure reflecting on Peter’s denial. In the aftermath of his deepest moment of failure, Peter has nowhere to turn but to throw himself on the mercy and grace of God.

At our 4:30pm service, Dave will be opening Psalm 2, lifting our eyes to the kingship of Christ the Messiah and the certainty of His rule over all things.

With two excellent speakers bringing God’s Word to us this Sunday, why not make the most of the day and join us for both services?

We’re setting aside time to pray for what matters most—our city, our community, and the mission field God has placed right in front of us.

As part of the night, we’ll head out on a prayer walk through the local area, asking God to work in the lives of those around us and to use us as His witnesses.

HE IS RISEN || AND HE'S STILL CHANGING LIVES

What a joy to celebrate Easter Sunday together, and to witness three baptisms as a powerful picture of new life in Christ.

At EBC, we believe that Jesus doesn’t just offer hope, he changes lives. And this Easter, we saw that reality on display as people publicly declared their trust in him. We are so thankful for these stories.

The tomb is empty. Jesus is alive. And he is still at work changing lives here in Brisbane.

Let’s keep praying for more stories of grace, more transformed hearts, and more new life among us.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”
