Every Christian is called to be a person who is being shaped by Jesus in everyday life. Jesus wants this to be noticed by those around us, "You are the light of the world." What we say and do is to be a blessing to other people and even draw them towards the Heavenly Father. Come and join us as we explore the privilege of living openly as followers of Jesus in this mini series: Ordinary Christian, Outward Christian. Oct 4 & 11 / Nov 8 & 15.

One of the mysteries of life is why good people suffer. Most cultures around the world believe in some form of "Do good, get good OR Do bad and get bad." This simplistic formula is a twisting of a more complex reality that bad things might actually happen because someone is good a person! There are many layers to this discussion but the old story of Job and his terrible sufferings opens the door to understanding a deeper truth to help us journey through our own times of sorry and suffering. Join us this Sunday (July 12) as we consider Job and what God wants us to learn from this man's experience.

Whether we consider the historicity of the Bible or of the inspiration of the Bible, it stands out as the most unique book in the entire history of humanity. And, we are all better off when we let it shape the way we think and live!
Come and join us on Sunday morning.

Our new mini series is an exploration of the principles built into the 4th Commandment which are there to bless us and to help us walk though life with greater peace and joy. Once we embrace this sacred rhythm it shapes the whole of life. And these principles connect us to Jesus because he empowers them and takes them to the next level.
