*TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF COMMUNITY FAITH CUPBOARD*

Dear Community,
There was an incident at St. Matthew's Church today.
We are currently getting work done at the church. (Stumping)
Someone had come to the Community Faith Cupboard to take food, and their dog was off leash. Unfortunately, their dog chased one of the workers.
Due to this incident, we will have to temporarily close the cupboard until the work is complete.
Most likely a few weeks.
If you have any concerns about this or are in need of food, please private message this page or Eildon Church , and we will take care of you anonymously.

We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
We will update further once the cupboard is open again.

There will be NO MASS at St. Matthew's Church, Eildon this Saturday the 18th of October.
Archbishop, Peter Comensoli will be making a pilgrimage visit to St. Francis Xavier Church, Mansfield.

You are invited to join him as he celebrates the Mass in Mansfield along with Fr Jose Mathew and Fr George Feliciouz at 6:00pm. Followed by a Multi Cultural dinner.

Alternatively, our usual Sunday Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception of Our Lady, Alexandra at 8:45am and Sacred Heart, Yea at 10:45am.

There is lots of bread in the Faith Cupboard, curiosity of Eildon Grocer.
Please take how ever much you need.
Located in the carpark of St. Matthew’s Church, Eildon. 40 Center Avenue.
Please be respectful of our Church and our property. Do not leave rubbish behind and please keep the cupboard in an orderly manner.

The Faith Cupboard was placed here to support people / families facing financial hardship. If you have some food to share, we always accept and appreciate donations of food and other essentials. If you are in need, please come and take what you need.
