Its that time again, yes its DanceFit and we have a Mothers Day Special session this Sunday 10th May!

If you want to get fit, laugh and have fun all at the same time, then join us for our fun and high energy DanceFIT class this Sunday morning at 9am at Mountain View Church.

This is for everyone at all levels, so bring along your friends and family.

All you need is some water and a can-do attitude.
