you don't have to fully understand what God is doing. He is already moving in you.

in Luke 24, two disciples walked with Jesus for miles without recognising him. their hearts were burning before their eyes were open. it wasn't until he broke the bread that everything became clear. that's what communion does for us: it cuts through the confusion and brings us back to what's true.

his body broken so ours could be made whole. his blood shed so we could live forgiven. 🙏🏻

This is more than a service.⁣
More than a gathering.⁣
This is a night where we come with intention to encounter Jesus.⁣
⁣
“To worship Him with our faith, our lips, our surrender.⁣
No longer I, but Christ lives in me.” ✝️⁣
⁣
As a church family across all campuses, we are making it easy for everyone to be there:⁣
⁣
🍿 Babysitters and a movie room for the little ones⁣
(although some kids may want to stay in the atmosphere of worship!)⁣
⁣
🚗 Carpooling available from the western suburbs⁣
⁣
🍕 Pizza and dinner together afterwards⁣
⁣
There’s something powerful when community comes together in one room… praying, worshipping, believing, making space for the Holy Spirit to move.⁣
⁣
Not by striving.⁣
Not by performance.⁣
But by His Spirit.⁣
⁣
Come hungry.⁣
Come expectant.⁣
Come ready to Encounter Him. 🤍

we're not becoming a different church. we're becoming a deeper one.⁣
⁣
a church where his presence isn't occasional, it's consistent. where people walk in heavy and leave free. where faith comes alive again, and families find restoration.⁣
⁣
no longer I that live, but Christ that lives in me, and that changes everything about how we show up, for each other and for the people around us.⁣
⁣
take a moment and pray. ask him what it looks like for you to carry his presence into your everyday. 🙏🏻
