In 2017 C3 celebrated 10 years since having been birthed under the leadership of Ps Brian and Sharon Webber in which we had the privilege to host both Mark and Darlene Zschech and officially opened our leased premises (yes, that’s the mayor of Devonport cutting the ribbon).
