It is with great joy that we provide the second memo for the AUSNZ Conference 2026 in Darwin titled, 'Made Complete' and carrying the theme: “In the One, We are One!”

This theme springs from 1 John 1:3-4 GNT: “What we have seen and heard we announce to you also, so that you will join with us in the fellowship that we have with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ. We write this in order that our joy may be complete.”

Let us receive your blessings with grace and lean towards the understanding of knowing every plan we have are already written by you. We trust you, Jesus! 🫶🏻

🤔 Are you at a point where you always feel so disappointed in yourself because you keep asking God to forgive you?
😕 Do you feel disheartened because you keep asking for God's Grace?
😔 Do you long for a time when you will finally be so holy that you won't need God's help anymore?

We tend to set a goal for ourselves to become strong enough to run independently; to be invincible, to fly, to overcome everything, to be strong enough that we do not need God's help anymore. If we have this mindset we will always fall short and fall into discouragement because we can't do it on our own. We can never get to a point where we will not need God's help anymore. We will always need God's Grace. If we keep trying to do things our way, we will always fail. God does not want you to be disappointed in yourself because He loves you. He loves you not in spite of your weaknesses but because you are weak.

✨ “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Cor. 12:9 ✨

The first step to a happier life is knowing that we will always be needy; we will always need God's Grace in every moment of our lives. So do not be discouraged. Rejoice in weakness. Of course, change what needs to be changed in your life, but do not be discouraged. Be patient with yourself. 😌

🙏 May we have the heart that always prays, "Lord, stay with me and take care of me today because if left alone, I might deny you. I need you."

When you thank someone, you express the certainty that you are loved. ☺️

And this is a huge step: to know, to be absolutely sure, that you are loved. The prayer of thanksgiving always begins from the realization that it is all grace. The more you know you are loved, the more grateful you are.

We were thought of before we learned how to think; we were loved before we learned how to love; we were desired before our hearts conceived a desire. If we view life like this, then “thank you” becomes the driving force of our day.

Peace is proportionate to Love. So any lack of peace is evidence of lack of Love. But what if someone gets in your nerves at tries to take away your peace? 🤔

We are called to be bearers of Love and love one another. But it is difficult to love someone when they disturb your peace. So what do we do? Choose love. ❤️

In a not-so-peaceful situation, be prudent and ask yourself, how can I love? Sometimes it takes detaching yourself from the conversation or situation so you recalibrate your emotions and therefore able to love the right way. Sometimes it takes a moment of quiet to pause so you can re-arrange your thoughts and say the right words. Anger must be partnered with meekness so we can be angry at the right thing and not blow our top on the wrong people.

These all sound so hard, how can we be masters of this? Grow in your love for God and embrace suffering. When we go deeper in Christ’s love our emotional life is quieted because our soul is properly ordered. Our emotions then become properly expressed at any situation. When you truly understand suffering, you will know that any stressful situation leads us to becoming more like Christ.
