💙 Happy Father’s Day! 💙

Today, we give thanks for the fathers, grandfathers and father figures who love, guide, encourage, and care for their families.

Above all, we give thanks for our Heavenly Father — a Father whose love is perfect, whose presence is constant and whose arms are always open. 🙏

Even when earthly fathers fall short, we can rest in the unchanging love of our Father in Heaven. He knows us, cares for us, and calls us His own.

“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!” — 1 John 3:1

On Sunday we saw in Genesis 4 how devastating the spread of sin is.

Yet sin does not have the final word.

Come eat some snacks, play board games and hang out. We'll meet in the Ministry Centre Foyer. Bring along snacks and a board (or card) game that can be taught and played in about an hour. As it's a week before Father's Day, we want to extend this invite to your boys and young men as well. And... The mystery guest who had to cancel in May is back, so make sure you're there for that⁉ (some insider hints > 🦚🏔🍛)

About the workshop: ⤵

In this free 90 minute workshop, Steve Gibb will help you gain insight into how to lovingly disciple those who struggle with po*******hy. Jane Gibb will help you learn ways to give support and comfort to the partner/spouse of those struggling with po*******hy.

Steve is a certified coach and sexual addiction specialist while working as an assistant pastor at MBM Rooty Hill Anglican Church and for Resist Ministries.

Jane is a certified coach and betrayal trauma specialist while running her own private practice called Quiet Wisdom.
