Alpha has officially begun! 🙌 We kicked off last Friday, but there’s still time to join us.

Alpha is a relaxed space to explore the big questions of life, faith and God, have honest conversations, and discover more about the Christian faith. No pressure, just come as you are. ❤️

We just celebrated Father's Day, making it the perfect time to ask a challenging question: When do men become men and not just boys?

It is incredibly easy to settle for the illusion of impact. We can spend hours scrolling through curated lives on social media, leveling up in video games, or chasing virtual validation—all while the actual world around us waits for our genuine presence. The "fake" is comfortable, easily controlled, and demands very little of our character. But it also leaves us empty and distracted from our true purpose.

Reality is messy. It’s often easier to settle for relationships of convenience rather than forging relationships of covenant that engage our mind, soul, and spirit.

But God has created men for more. He calls us to love our families well, to serve our communities, to tackle actual problems, and to fiercely protect all He has placed in our care. God is calling us to build a legacy that actually lasts!

Your desire for significance exists because you were made to have an impact.

🛡️ Your family should feel safer because of you.
⛪ Your church should be better because you are in it.

Let's step out of the fake and embrace the real. đź’Ş

What kind of world will my children and grandchildren inherit?

We are to this generation what our forefathers were to us, the watchmen, the warriors the prophets.

What we neglect, they will suffer, what we cultivate they will inherit.

There is a sobering passage in the book of Judges 2:10 After that generation died, another generation grew up who did not acknowledge the LORD or remember the mighty things he had done for Israel.

This leaves me thoughtful today… As we wrestle with costs of living, and everyday struggles, does the generation after us see those who preserve their identity? Their faith? Do they hear the stories of God’s faithfulness, and see it lived out?

Not saying that we don’t wrestle but that they learn that wrestles brought to Jesus, become intercession and intercession is mighty to move things in the spiritual. Far more than opinion pieces that move man.

We teach them the weapons of their warfare are not carnal; we teach them to remember who they are as we take our stand as watchmen for this generation.

Because to me….it matters…and I don’t want my children and grandchildren to inherit the stories of the book of Judges.

I wonder if you would take a stand with us, and take your place and say not on our watch !🙏🏽❤️🙌🏾

This post is a little late, but we wanted to take a moment to honour the life and legacy of Mariazelle Goonetilleke, who went home to be with her Lord in July 2026.

It has been 12 years since her last visit to Living Waters, when she shared her testimony and lead worship.

While many have celebrated her legacy and remembered her remarkable voice and talent, we remember her heart for the Lord. Through every high and low in life’s journey, Mariazelle held firmly to her faith, and sang to give glory to her Lord and saviour. We know her eyes now see what her faith ones knew as she is now with her saviour Jesus, joining in choruses of worship. ♥️🙏🏽🙌🏾♥️
