Barbara Dorothy Peltz.

Late of Dalby, passed away peacefully on 8th September 2026, aged 80 years.

Beloved Wife of Keith. Dearly Loved Mother and Mother-in-Law of Craig (dec'd), Jason, Kirsty, Melissa and Ben. Adored Nanny of Ashleigh, Nicola, Lotti, Mana, Jasper and Rex and Great-Grand Nanny to George and Olivia. Loved Sister of Lionel.

Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend Barb's funeral, to be held at St Marks Lutheran Church, 58a Condamine Street, Dalby. Service commencing on Wednesday, 16th September 2026 at 10:30am, followed by interment at Myall Remembrance Park, Bunya Highway, Dalby.

In loving memory of

SCHULTZ, Maxwell Bernard "Max"

Late of Dalby, formerly of “The Overflow” Lake Broadwater, returned to his Heavenly maker on the
5th September 2026, aged 91 years.

Max leaves behind his loving Wife Sylvia (nee Seidel), and his children to his spouse Colleen (dec’d). Peter (dec’d), Ken, Janelle, Susan and their spouses Pam, Lyn, Ross and David. Thirteen Grandchildren and Eighteen Great-Grand-children.

Max was an integral part of the Dalby community and loved by all. Max leaves a huge gap in the lives of all who knew him and will always be missed. Max will remain in our hearts forever.

Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend Max's funeral, to be held at St Marks Lutheran Church,
58a Condamine Street, Dalby. Service commencing on Friday, 18th September 2026 at 10:30am, followed by interment at Myall Remembrance Park, Bunya Highway, Dalby.

WORD-DAY WEDNESDAY: Rest, Busyness & Sabbath
Life moves fast. Between school, sport, work, church and social media, many people feel constantly busy and exhausted. This week we’re learning why God designed us for rest.

For those who are not attending Fellowship camp, but wish to join us at Mt Binga Outdoor Education Centre for Holy Communion, the service will begin at 8.30am (Sunday 13th September).

This time has been chosen to allow for the Binga service to be recorded and then uploaded to YouTube as our weekly worship, so we can continue to serve our online congregation.

As announced on Sunday, the YouTube service will start 10am, both on the 13th and on the 20th (for the parish service).

St Mark's Dalby will still have our usual 9.30am (lay-reading) service this Sunday (13/9).

Run by the Dalby Chaplains, students in Grades 5–8 are invited to enjoy three days packed with games, challenges, craft, worship, great food and plenty of fun!

Happy Father’s Day! 💙

Today we celebrate and give thanks for the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, mentors and father figures who love, guide and encourage us. We also remember those for whom today may be difficult.

May you know the love, strength and grace of our Heavenly Father today and always. God bless you!
