C3 Church Currumbin Sunday Service 10AM

21/05/2026

This past Sunday we were blessed with Ps Phil Pringle guest preaching on the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit equips us (Heb. 2:4), transforms us (2 Cor. 3:18), strengthens us (Eph. 3:16), enlightens us (1 Cor. 2:10), gives us vision (Joel 2:28), gives us assignments (Acts 13:2), teaches us (Jn. 14:26), and prays through us (Rom. 8:26).

Ps Phil Pringle, May 17 | Guest Speaker at our 10am service !!!!

Ps. Phil and Chris Pringle are the founders of the C3 Global movement and we are honored to have him minister to us THIS Sunday morning.

Coming from New Zealand to Sydney in 1980, they set out to start a church that would be contemporary, relevant, and anointed. Phil is passionate about building faith filled, anointed churches that are motivated to reach the lost and make disciples. His heart is to see local churches thrive in their community through functioning in the power of the Holy Spirit and feeding on the Word of God. Mama Chris, as she is affectionately known, brings life, revelation, healing and joy. Everyone who experiences her ministry will find themselves inspired, encouraged and changed.

AMEN.

This past Sunday we launched our new preaching series for April, His Promise that God will be your God. We began with foundational truth of creation.

You and I are formed in the IMAGE of God (Gen. 1:26), for RELATIONSHIP with God and invited to WORK with God (Eph. 2:10) while embracing the BOUNDARIES of God (Gen. 2:16-17). This is where we can find ultimates FREEDOM with God.

On Easter Sunday we focused on ‘empty tomb, full life’ and how Jesus offers us the unexpected.

In the events following the resurrection we see that where humans expect to bring offerings and works, God freely gives us new life. Where we expect to find a heavy dividing stone, Jesus makes a free entrance. Where they expected to find a dead body, they found a resurrected Saviour.

Don’t go looking for life amongst the dead things of this world, in Christ we find a rich, full life freely offered by a resurrected Jesus.

A few scenes from our Focus Sunday this past weekend 📸

For 2026 we’ll be looking at His Promises as a church.

As shared on Sunday, God’s promises are the ROCK. And you actually have to build on the ROCK. Matt. 7:24-27.

A reminder that the Christian has a lot to do, but nothing to prove.

We’re excited to journey through this with you church, see you 10am this Sunday!

16/01/2026

For the month of January we’re going through Psalm 118 as a church family, part of our series ‘Promise Maker, Promise Keeper.’ Last Sunday Ps Casey preached out of verses 5–9. He shared the two original Hebrew meanings for ‘distress’ (metsar — a narrow place) and ‘set me free’ (merkhav — put in a broad place).

Life on earth feels “narrow,” as if we’re put under so much pressure. Yet in Christ, it’s a “broad place” in which we can be free.

Exodus 14:14, “The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.”

As a Christian, although we suffer, our hope is in a greater reality… eternity with Him!

See you again this Sunday as we continue through Psalm 118.
